Please listen to Michael Badnarik's 'Lighting the Fires of Liberty' show 7-9 a.m. Central Time, Wed. October 24, 2007

We will discuss, 'Carbon Contract Towers for Clinton Contract Hits'.

We believe Carlyle
Canada carbon-contract brokers and Montreal's Rizutto-Bonanno crime family equipped the Clinton White House, Laborers' union and FAA with 58 Serco-operated contract towers for private use in international drug and arms trafficking and contract hits (Google 'Arkancide').
"Willie Card, manager of FAA's Contract Tower Office, died unexpectedly on June 10 [2002] .. would have been a speaker at the USCTA Contract Tower Program Workshop July 14-16 .. Willie served in the Air Force from July 1965 until March 1969 .. career also included air traffic control positions at Cleveland ATCT, the FAA Academy, Pittsburgh ATCT and Boston ATCT. His career culminated at FAA headquarters where he served as an Air Traffic Control Specialist, manager of the Runway Incursion Program and manager of the Contract Tower Program .. Under Willie's leadership and guidance .. operates with budget approaching $80 million and includes 217 towers .. A memorial service .. held in FAA's headquarters auditorium on June 25 .. Tributes given by .. government and industry officials, including Steve Brown, acting FAA associate administrator for air traffic; Steve Christmas, vice president-aviation, Serco Management Services .. Spencer Dickerson, executive vice president of AAAE and executive director of the U.S. Contract Tower Association."

In the Amalgam Virgo war game of June 1, 2001, air traffic controllers in Serco's contract towers apparently tested new rules of engagement with Osama bin Laden actors playing the hit team!!!!
Our trajectory analysis of the Global Guardian war games of 9/11, suggests Serco controllers in FAA contract towers executed what they had merely simulated on June 1, only this time Serco switched to the decoy and drone maneuvers which guided illegally-modified Boeing aircraft into the Twin Towers.
With Willie Card as witting or unwitting witness, Serco agents appear to have trapped and then killed nearly 900 employees of Cantor Fitzgerald and Aon Corporation, the world's largest carbon contract and reinsurance brokers, as they worked in the upper floors of the WTC North and South Towers.
After the towers were collapsed, killing 343 firefighters with the FDNY, the way was cleared for a carbon-contract monopoly
founded by Generation Investments and US Vice President Al Gore and the Chicago Climate Exchange founded by Clinton sponsor and Carlyle insider, Maurice Strong.
Willie Card died 'unexpectedly' in 2002 but his legacy of 58 Serco contract towers continues to offer investors in Al Gore's carbon contracts an opportunity for contract hits which could remove
obstacles to the presidential ambitions of Hillary Clinton, the brilliantly-successful short seller of cattle futures contracts on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1978. (Google Clinton cattle futures fraud).

"Serco is the only significant non-government provider of air traffic services in the world. We operate on a global basis and handle about 6 million aircraft movements each year at airports in Europe, the Middle East and North America. In the UK our work for the Ministry of Defence includes multi-activity support contracts [with Carlyle-controlled QinetiQ] at RAF Northolt, home to the Queen's Flight, and RAF Brize Norton. We also manage Scatsta Airport on the Shetland Isles. At the International Fire Training Training Centre located at Teeside Airport, we deliver training in a wide range of fire-fighting and rescue skills - it is the leading facility of its kind in the world. In the US, we operate 54 air traffic control towers for the Federal Aviation Administration. We also provide air traffic engineering, meteorological services, rescue and fire-fighting services, electronic and electrical maintenance services and other airport support services such as catering and cleaning. In the Middle East we successfully rebid our contract in the United Arab Emirates – held since 1986 – to provide air traffic control and engineering services at the Emirates Area Control Centre in Abu Dhabi [a net-centric hub for al-Qaeda and Boeing's Thuraya satellite comunications services]"

".. antenna enabled helicopter to receive imagery at 'operationally useful ranges' directly from a UAV - in this case a Boeing ScanEagle - has been developed by  [Carlyle-controlled] QinetiQ and was flight trialled in March [2006] at the Hebrides range, which QinetiQ [Serco] operates for the MOD. "By deploying a UAV, friendly forces can observe identified targets from a safe stand off distance and gain a valuable military advantage without compromising personnel" explained Bill Tyack, the Air programme director at QinetiQ."
