Dear Representative Hunter:

Blood and Gore use MASINT for snuff films 9/11
Hawks CAFE believes that David Blood and Al Gore used Francophonie measurement and signature intelligence ('MASINT') networks to disrupt U.S. defenses and transmit the "first live-broadcast mass snuff film in history" of al-Qaeda's 9/11
Our research indicates that Blood and Gore procured the MASINT networks through Canadian privy councilor Maurice Strong after Saddam's intelligence services had moved $1,000,000 through Strong's bank account in New York.

We plan to release a DVD by October 15th., 2007 with a time-sequenced analysis of news and documentary snuff films showing how Blood, Gore and Strong 'forged' al-Qaeda's signature for a Global Guardian war game on 9/11.

We note that prior to 9/11, Vice-President Al Gore and President Bill Clinton gave the Laborers' union ('LIUNA'), a MASINT capability of inserting forged al-Qaeda signatures into various Boeing, SEC, NYSE, FBI, FAA, CIA, US Naval Command Center, NORAD, NATO and FEMA intelligence networks.

We expect the DVD will help United States' attorneys to convert the lawsuit "Hawks CAFE v. Global Guardians" into a Qui tam action against defendants, including Al Gore and Maurice Strong, now director of the Chicago Climate Exchange which apparently uses carbon credits to pay for a contract hit.

We would be grateful for any assistance or advice you can offer to the proposed Qui tam suit which may lead both to civil damages and to criminal indictments of defendants for their apparent violations both of the US False Claims Act and of 18 U.S.C. § 1958 (murder for hire).
This e-mail will be notarized and added to the legal file below, along with any responses from Generation Investments, Chicago Climate Exchange, Thales-Total-Vivendi, Molten Metal Technology Inc., LIUNA, U.S. Army Picatinny Warfighter Center (N.J.),  DoJ, FBI, ALPA and The Boeing Company.

".. MASINT radar techniques include line-of-sight (LOS), over-the-horizon, synthetic aperture (SAR), inverse synthetic aperture (ISAR) and multistatic .. or passive collection of energy reflected from .. dynamic targets and objectives ... [Maurice Strong, CIDA and Canadian Privy Council's RADARSAT] Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) system, coupled with other MASINT and IMINT sensors, can, provide a high resolution, day and night collection capability .. Passive Radar Interferometry Human activities generate a great deal of radio energy, as in communications, navigation, and entertaiment applications. Some of these sources provide enough energy such that their reflection or transillumination can enable "passive" RADAR MASINT. One implementation, for example, uses commercial FM radio broadcasts for target illumination .. Materials intelligence, involving the collection, processing, and analysis of gas, liquid, or solid samples, is critical in defense against chemical, biological, and radiological threats, as well as more general safety and public health activities .. Ammunition, Explosive, and Rocket Propellant Analysis Traditional chemical analysis, as well as techniques such as spectroscopy using remote laser excitation, are routine parts of materials intelligence, in contrast to TECHINT evaluating the firing of the material .. A Vietnam-era sensor, the XM2, generally known as the "people sniffer", detected ammonia concentrations in air, which indicated the presence of groups of people or animals. While it was sensitive, but not selective for people, many water buffalo became targets. Nevertheless, it was considered the best sensor used by the 9th Infantry Division, because, as opposed to other MASINT and SIGINT sensors, it could give helicopter-borne troops real-time detection of targets .. Geophysical intelligence is a branch of MASINT that involves phenomena transmitted through the earth (ground, water, atmosphere) and manmade structures including emitted or reflected sounds, pressure waves, vibrations, and magnetic field or ionosphere disturbances." Acoustic Intelligence This includes the collection of passive or active emitted or reflected sounds, pressure waves or vibrations in the atmosphere (ACOUSTINT) or in the water (ACINT) .. Hydrophones and sonar, in antisubmarine warfare, are well known, but less well known is the often clandestine process of measuring the signatures of other countries' ships and submarines. It is even possible to use passive sonar to detect aircraft flying low over the sea."
In 2004, David Blood and Al Gore founded "A Carbon Neutral Firm .. Generation .. minimizing non-essential air travel and by managing our building operations (lighting, recycling, and procurement) .. For remainder of our carbon footprint, we work with two offset providers ([Maurice Strong's] Chicago Climate Exchange and the CarbonNeutral Company) to ensure London and Washington D.C. offices fully carbon neutral .. Associate member of the Chicago Climate Exchange, Generation has made a legally binding commitment to purchase Carbon Financial Instruments (CFIs) sufficient to 100% offset the greenhouse gas emissions caused annually by our firm's electricity use and business travel for the period 2005-2010.
"NEW YORK — Before the United Nations can save the planet, it needs to clean up its own house .. scandal unfolded .. from Oil for Food to procurement fraud to peacekeeper rape .. Maurice Strong appears as a critically important figure .. godfather of environmental movement, who served from 1973-1975 founding director of U.N. Environment Program (UNEP) in Nairobi .. organizer of U.N.'s 1992 environmental summit in Rio de Janeiro .. paved the way for the controversial 1997 Kyoto Treaty on controlling greenhouse gas emissions .. federal investigators .. discovery that back in 1997, while serving as a top adviser to then-Secretary-General Kofi Annan, he took a check for almost $1 million that was bankrolled by Saddam Hussein's U.N.-sanctioned regime. The check delivered by a South Korean businessman, Tongsun Park convicted last summer in New York Federal Court of conspiring to bribe U.N. officials on behalf of Baghdad .. top adviser to Annan from 1997 to 2005, Strong .. shifted power away from member states and toward his boss in the Secretariat .. Strong's reforms created .. department inside U.N. Secretariat .. better known as the Oil For Food program"
