Dear Attorney General Gonzales and Minister Toews:

Re: Countrywide loan sharks and Kyoto Churning Fraud

I have identified a "Kyoto Churning" money laundering and mortgage fraud, developed by Carlyle Canada* private equity group and affiliates, whereby rule-based software is embedded in Countrywide lenders' work flow and programmed to operate as an 'online loan shark' and an extortionate enforcer of the Kyoto Protocol.

In this scenario, the Countrywide borrower is given a loan of dirty money and an opportunity to make a profit by buying or selling carbon credits on the "cap-and-trade" section of the Chicago Climate Exchange.

N.B. The exchange was set up in response to the Kyoto Protocol and the al-Qaeda terrorist group's sabotage of Cantor Fitzgerald's CO2e.com trading business and the murder of 652 staff in One World Trade Center on 9/11.

The Countrywide Kyoto loan is secured automatically by MindBox Internet software which can adjust the terms of a property and/or a life insurance contract attached to any loan convenant in about 15 seconds so that the lenders always make an extortionate profit whether the borrower lives or dies.

If the borrower violates the arbitrarily-declared Kyoto cap on carbon dioxide emissions allowed from the borrower's secured property (e.g. Shell borrowing money to develop the capped-Alberta tar sands) then the loan becomes repayable and due and the insurance company pays off the loan, confiscates the property and auctions it off to insiders, including labor-union pension funds, banks or Carlyle's private equity partners.

If the borrower dies, the "dead-peasant" life-insurance policy attached by MindBox to the Countrywide loan is executed and the proceeds of claim are shared by way of kickbacks amongst Carlyle's private equity partners.

Either way, live or die, a Kyoto loan does not benefit the borrower and is automatically structured by MindBox so that extortionate profits on the loan are shared amongst the brokers who get to churning assets backwards and forwards via Internet accounts of bank, insurance company and pension fund lenders.

I invite you to investigate the possible use of Kyoto carbon credit trading for Countrywide or Carlyle Group loan sharking and money laundering.

You can find additional contextual information on my research, related allegations and a proposed RICO 9/11 remedy at the web site and yahoo group below.

David Hawkins
