Re: Radio Canada, Senator Campbell and TOPOFF snuff films
Hawks CAFE believes Radio Canada hired you and anarcho-punk music group D.O.A. ('Dead On Arrival'), to produce 'TOPOFF' snuff films for use by insiders to extort construction contracts, user fees, carbon taxes and other concessions from top officials in government and industry.
While serving as Vancouver City's Mayor, you named December 21st, 2003 as 'D.O.A.-Day', apparently recognizing the 25-year achievements of a music group which support the use of violence to achieve anarchistic goals sponsored by godfather of the Kyoto Protocol, Maurice Strong.
We will produce evidence in the lawsuit referenced below to support our claim that Canadian privy councilor, Maurice Strong, has custody of a TOPOFF snuff film archive, which includes records of contract killings on the Pickton pig farm, possibly starting on December 21, 1978, and 9/11.
Civil Case 3:07-cv-49,  "Hawks CAFE v. Global Guardians", Clerk's Office, Federal District Court of North Dakota 655 1st Ave. North, Suite 130, Fargo ND 58102.

This open e-mail is to inform you that the Canadian Senator Larry Campbell, will be named as a co-defendant in a Qui Tam (violation of False Claim Act) application made to the U.S. Attorney in Fargo, North Dakota.
Yours sincerely,
