Dear Vice-President Cheney and Ms. Marcy:
Re: Sidley Austin Anthrax Powder – Hillary Laborers' Squeeze-Out Fraud
Hawks CAFE believes that Sidley Austin lawyers bundled the Degussa patents used to produce the anthrax spore powder mailed on October 9, 2001 to Tom Daschle, Senate Minority Leader, and Patrick Leahy, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, in an alleged conspiracy with Hillary Clinton and mobbed-up Laborers' (`LIUNA') union bosses to extort (`squeeze out') rivals and take fraudulent control of the Democrat Party.
"Two more anthrax letters, bearing same Trenton postmark dated October 9, three weeks after  first mailing .. addressed to two Democratic Senators, Tom Daschle .. and Patrick Leahy .. At  time Daschle  Senate Majority [Minority?] leader and Leahy head of Senate Judiciary Committee ..  Daschle letter opened by aide on October 15, and government mail service  shut down. The unopened Leahy letter  discovered in impounded mail bag on November 16 Leahy letter had been misdirected to  State Department mail annex in Sterling, Virginia, due to a misread ZIP code; a postal worker there, David Hose, contracted inhalation anthrax. More potent than  first anthrax letters,  material in Senate letters  highly refined dry powder consisting of about one gram of nearly pure spores. Earlier reports described  material in  Senate letters as "weapons grade" anthrax."
Our Abel Danger intelligence team has determined that Nadhmi Auchi and Tony Rezko laundered UN Oil-for-Food bribes for Saddam Hussein WMD programs through Sidley Austin tax shelters in Frankfurt and Chicago (Obama?) while Hugo Uyterhoeven, a director of Bombardier and Degussa (owner of Zyklon B patents used in Nazi death camps) allegedly provided anthrax powders for Clinton's alleged `Squeeze-Out" letters.

We suggest that you study the content of the urls below, especially the lawsuit "Hawks CAFE v. Global Guardians", and begin making some smart decisions.

"RAG Projektgesellschaft mbH, Essen, Germany  notified Board of Management of Degussa AG, Dusseldorf ..  set the cash compensation payment for  transfer of shares held by minority shareholders of Degussa AG (squeeze-out) at EUR 42.66 per no-par share in Degussa AG  set on the basis of an expert opinion prepared by KPMG [Abusive tax shelter partner in COBRA with Sidley Austin] on the valuation of Degussa AG. Further, Degussa AG today agreed with RAG Projektgesellschaft mbH ..  control and profit-and-loss transfer agreement to be concluded between the parties  .. The control and profit-and-loss transfer agreement and squeeze-out both have to be approved by a Shareholders' Meeting of Degussa AG"

"Zyklon B was originally developed as a pesticide by Fritz Haber, a German Jew who emigrated in 1933 .. DEGESCH (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Schädlingsbekämpfung mbH, or German Corporation for
Pest Control).. key role in the manufacturing of Zyklon B in World War II. Many German companies had a stake in DEGESCH, but all eventually sold their shares to the chemical giant Degussa in the early 1920s. Degussa developed the process to manufacture Zyklon B in "crystals" (actually silicagel absorbent chunks), as it was used during World War II. To raise capital, Degussa split its controlling interest of DEGESCH with IG Farben in 1930: both companies held a 42.5% share in DEGESCH, with the remaining 15% held by the Th. Goldschmidt AG of Essen. DEGESCH's role at this point was limited to acquiring patents and intellectual properties: it did not itself produce Zyklon B .. Upon production, Zyklon B was sold by Degesch to Degussa."

"In September, The New York Times quoted an Iraqi defector as saying Saddam's chemical weapons scientists secretly began producing dusty VX as early as 1994. Aerosil, made by the German chemical company Degussa AG, has an exceptionally small particle size: 12 nanometers .. U.N. documents show that
Iraq's Samarra Drugs Industry sought 25 metric tons of Aerosil last year under the U.N.-run oil-for-food program, and at least some of that order was delivered last month .. Hasmik Egian, a spokeswoman for the U.N. oil-for-food program, confirmed that Iraq received a shipment of colloidal silicon dioxide in October. Egian would not identify the brand name, source or amount of the silicon dioxide delivered. The sale was held up for three weeks by the U.N. commission that oversees the oil-for-food program, Egian said. That commission, whose members include the United States, decided colloidal silicon dioxide was not a banned substance and allowed the transaction, Egian said. A newly created U.N. body overseeing the oil-for-food program is considering Iraq's request to import more colloidal silicon dioxide, Egian said."

"On the subject of nuclear program .. posted a document last month dated January 2001 that shows ..  Saddam was personally involved with his nuclear scientist to re-build the nuclear program ..  Saddam personally approved his Iraqi AtomicEnergy Agency to re-use nuclear equipments that include something called "Degussa Furnaces" that were used in the previous and prohibited
Iraqnuclear program. These furnaces can be used to melt uranium and other nuclear related activities. The Degussa Vacuum furnaces were supplied to Iraq in the 1980's by a German firm (Degussa AG based in Frankfurt Germany) and these furnaces later on became the subject of investigations of the German firm in the early 1990's where the company claimed that they did not know that Iraq would have used them in its nuclear program."
