Dear Attorney General Gonzales and Minister Toews:
Re: RICO 9/11 - Online remedy through Amec, Boeing, Carlyle
Using the Internet as a public 'court of conscience', Hawks CAFE is developing an online remedy to RICO 9/11 – an elaborate event-arbitrage, insurance and hedge fund fraud – allegedly committed by a group of private equity investors in Amec, Boeing and Carlyle
As the British founder of Hawks CAFE (Citizens Association of Forensic Economists) and someone who has recently become a Canadian citizen after an international career on six continents, I have been able to interact globally online with many experts in different disciplines and believe we can now refute Osama bin Laden's quoted claim to have "three independent networks to move al-Qaeda assets around the world where all the resources of the British and Americans cannot stop us."
Our research suggests that `al-Qaeda' special weapons and tactics (`SWAT') teams were moved, concealed and directed through 9/11 on networks operated for international organized crime or terrorist groups by private-equity investors in AMEC (UK), Boeing (US) and Carlyle (Canada).
Private equity investors with Carlyle Canada (below) allegedly provided the virtual (online) war room network used by al-Qaeda to develop, simulate, test and execute military or paramilitary maneuvers which knocked out US command centers on 9/11, created a public panic, closed the NYSE for four days, generated arbitrage (hedge fund) profits on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and `spoliated' evidence of loan, mortgage, property, securities, insurance and auction-rigging frauds.
Private equity investors with the Boeing Company allegedly provided aircraft for a war game in which Carlyle war room commanders used illegally-modified Boeing 737 passenger planes, 767 refueling tankers and AWACS – airborne warning and command systems – to switch hijack decoys into guided missile drones and take out selected targets in a bogus "Global Guardian" Partnership-for-Peace drill staged by NATO and Canada. http://govexec.com/dailyfed/0506/051506m1.htm
Private equity investors with Amec plc allegedly provided assassins, expert saboteurs and blast technicians, apparently recruited through Laborers (LIUNA) hiring halls, for bogus sabotage vulnerability tests on 9/10 and 9/11 at Logan Airport, the World Trade Center complex in Manhattan and the U.S. Naval Command Center in the Pentagon, thereby allowing Carlyle war room commanders to disrupt a coordinated response to the attacks.
This open e-mail is to inform you that, while I and my colleagues use Internet resources to develop online remedies for RICO 9/11 victims and thereby support their claims for civil damages in courts with jurisdiction over AMEC (UK), Boeing (US) and Carlyle (Canada), we also hope to develop enough evidence to allow your governments to use the courts with jurisdiction over the alleged underlying crimes of murder, arson and treason.
Contextual information on our forensic research, related allegations and the proposed online remedy to RICO 9/11, may be found at our web site and yahoo group below.
