Desmarais' BancWest surety bond for HUBZone bombing of Pentagon

Dear Ms. Marcy:
Hawks CAFE believes a Paul Desmarais' BancWest loan syndicate owned the demolition surety bonds that were used to complete Amec sabotage vulnerability tests for a 9/11 war game, including an alleged HUBZone bombing of the Pentagon U.S. Naval Command Center and subsequent removal of evidence of murder for hire, arson and insurance fraud.

"AMEC's Small Business Program is to continually seek and expand relationships with:  Small Business Concerns (SB) 8(a)/Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns (SDB)  Women-owned Small Business Concerns(WOSB)  Veteran-owned Small Business Concerns (VOSB)  Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSB)  HUBZone Small Business Concerns (HUB)" ..  "AMEC responded to the terrorist attack within minutes by rescuing survivors, constructing isolation barriers, installing shoring in portions of impacted areas, and supplying debris-removal equipment. An emergency communications system established by AMEC later was adopted by several federal government entities on the project. With demolition and debris removal completed by late November, workers immediately turned their attention to the "Phoenix Project" phase – the rebuilding of the structurally damaged areas. Pentagon personnel back at their desks only one year after the attack.  … AMEC has extensive experience in the design, construction and management of criminal justice facilities. AMEC experience includes the construction of projects ranging from high-rise inner city jails and Criminal Justice centers to rural, campus-style institutions. AMEC projects were completed with the latest technological advances in high-tech security systems. AMEC has performed as construction manager and as design-build firm. … AMEC performed a sabotage analysis of the Bryan Mound SPR. Study team analyzed the complete spectrum of facilities, potential sabotage consequences and spectrum of potential saboteur types. Study resulted in ranking of facility categories in terms of potential sabotage hazards."
Our Abel Danger counter-intelligence team has determined that while serving as Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. Small Business Administration before 9/11, you authorized KPMG to auction off HUBZone loan and surety bonds for AMEC projects to BancWest.
