We believe Al Gore's Current TV company uses camcorder technology to stage, produce, conceal, archive and/or transmit snuff movies and thereby extort targeted company and political leaders in the United States and the various member states of La Francophonie, including Canada, France, Belgium, Lebanon, Niger, Rwanda, Haiti and Quebec. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Current_TV

We allege 'Snuff, North & South' film of 9/11 murders are now in the custody of Current TV having been recorded by pre-positioned camera crews hired in joint ventures by Canal+, The Sundance Channel, Radio Canada, Vivendi and Power Corporation of Montreal, for transmission via interstate and foreign commerce into the United States.

We believe that Al Gore's co-investors, including his associates at Goldman Sachs, extorted the support of French president, Jacques Chirac, and used unlawful debt derived from the proceeds of 9/11 hedge-fund and insurance frauds to acquire custody of Snuff North, Snuff South records of two droned aircraft in contract 'hits' on the Twin Towers.

We believe Al Gore and his associates used Snuff North, Snuff South film excerpts to intimidate selected 9/11 survivors and extort private-equity custody of Cantor Fitzgerald's North Tower brokerage business in sovereign debt and carbon credit trading.

With custody of 'customized' snuff films, Gore's friends can
manipulate public opinion on climate change and extort protection money by selling carbon credits to its leaders.

Please ask your staff or your successor at the Department of Justice to review the lawsuit "Hawks CAFE v. Global Guardians"http://www.hawkscafe.com/107.html and advise us of appropriate procedures to convert this claim into a Qui tam complaint against Mr. Gore and his fellow custodians of the alleged 'Snuff North, Snuff South' movies.

CAI-Carlyle Canada private equity groups apparently acted for New York Firefighter pension fund et al, in a bogus class action lawsuit against Orbital Sciences and Macdonald Dettwiler and Associates (MDA) directors designed to exort equity and take custody of MDA's aerial surveillance and targeting and aircraft 'Final Approach' software services.

Carlyle and Quebec's Desmarais family extorted control of MDA in December 1999, allegedly using money laundered through the UN Oil-for-Food by Maurice Strong.

Carlyle appears to have used MDA's 3-D imaging software over NYC to help Naudet's Goldfsh production company to locate cameras for 'Snuff North' and help Luc Courchesne's Radio Canada production company to locate cameras for 'Snuff South'
and adjust final approach corridors of droned aircraft to offer the best views on impact.

Carlyle's AMEC affiliate appears to have rigged the Twin Towers with explosives for sabotage vulnerability tests, presumably using secure communications with NYFD officers to coordinate timing for maximizing shock-and-awe of NYFD-Axa insured firefighters.

We allege Goldfish sold the rights to 'Snuff North' to Vivendi via Canal+, The Sundance Channel or Radio Canada and also that Luc Courchesne sold 'Snuff South' via Montreal Brainware and Radio Canada to Vivendi.

We allege that Vivendi bundled snuff film assets under Newsworld International and sold what would become part of a library of 'Snuff North, Snuff South' film footage to help Al Gore's Current TV investors extort corporate and political leaders.
