Our research suggests that Jeanne Palfrey, Al Gore and the former Rose Law Firm partners, Hillary Clinton, Vincent Foster, Joe Giroir

Alleged victims of the Washington ring, include AT&T's Randall Tobias and Harlan K. Ullman who supplied the Clipper intelligence networks and "Shock and Awe" strategies which generate an al-Clinton signature.
