Hawks CAFE has tracked the development and testing of missile gyroscope (QRS11), remotely piloted vehicle (ROV) and aluminum-powder-boosted incendiary technologies, apparently used during the 2001 war games "Amalgam Virgo" and "Global Guardian".

The Global Guardian war games would more accurately be named 'Boeing 9/11'.

After all, Boeing coordinated al-Qaeda red-team war game attack manuevers through the Boeing-operated Iridium Satellite Communications system on 9/11, just as it did on June 1-2, 2001 with Amalgam Virgo and both war games used Boeing-controlled ROVs.

We have found that the Boeing 9/11 missile gyroscope development and testing trail leads back through former Rose Law Firm partners, Hillary Clinton and Joe Giroir, to John Shalikashvili, the Boeing director on 9/11 who gave details of all U.S. weapons programs to the Peoples Liberation Army of Communist China in 1997, through the UNMOVIC weapons inspectors in Canada and through Lansdowne Technologies of Ottawa to Barzan al-Tikriti, the recently-hanged ex-boss of Iraq's Intelligence Services.

As the potential victims of one or more of at least 100 Boeing aircraft which have been illegally modified to fly as 'Clinton-Barzan' missiles in the NORAD war games scheduled for next week, we ask you to do the following.

"1995, IRAQI MILITARY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER (MRDC) began a program call Al Bay'ah to modify Czech L-29 trainer aircraft into an RPV. Approximately 28 flight tests were made between 1997 and 2001. In 2001, an unmanned flight resulted in a crash. Multiple sources described different roles, including acting as decoy for coalition aircraft, air defense target, reconnaissance, and potentially a CBW delivery platform to lure targets into ambush using SAMs ("SAMbush"). Ibn-Firnas also reported aircraft was to be used as target drones for Air Defense Forces, electronic warfare and a possible attack on a US aircraft carrier with chemical or biological weapons in the Persian Gulf. In mid-2001, TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER DEPARTMENT of the IIS [ex-boss BARZAN AL-TIKRITI] procured between 10 and 20 gyros and accelerometers from China for the G&C system of the Al Samud missile. The gyros were of the resonant type [QRS11 from Clinton, Giroir and Boeing?] with a drift rate of ½ degree per hour. Allegedly, a Palestinian businessman, successfully smuggled missile gyros into Iraqfrom Russia via Syria selling approximately 400 components containing gyroscopes and accelerometers in 2001 for delivery in 2002. "In April of last year, Boeing was hit with a record fine of $615 million after the company broke the law by selling commercial planes equipped with the QRS-11 gyrochip, which is also used in the guidance system of the Maverick missile. According to the Associated Press, from 2000 to 2003 Boeing shipped 94 airliners oversees, mainly to China, that contained the chip, a device used for "military applications," stated the report.
