Hawks CAFE believes that in the period 1993-2001, Canada's Rizutto-Bonanno crime family equipped sometime U.S. presidential candidates Bill and Hillary Clinton and the mobbed-up Laborers' union ('LIUNA') with Serco net-centric command facilities for use in international drug and arms trafficking and contract hits (Google 'Arkancide').

We inferred that Serco, Laborers' (LIUNA Local 2097) and FAA air traffic controllers tested the new `ROE' against bogus decoy-and-drone maneuvers scripted by Canada for the June 1, 2001 Amalgam Virgo war games in which Osama bin Laden played himself!http://www.ratical.org/ratville/CAH/linkscopy/AmalgumVirgo.pdf

We allege that Bill and Hillary Clinton conspired with Rizutto-Bonanno, Serco, LIUNA and FAA insiders to destroy the U.S. presidential chain of command during the 9/11 war games in an attempted coup d'etat.

Our trajectory analysis show that the Clintons' co-conspirators guided a droned Boeing aircraft or more likely a Raytheon A-3 Skywarrior past the US Air Force into the Pentagon's US Naval Command Center and subsequently blamed a proxy terrorist group they called al-Qaeda.
