Dear Ms. Bolan, Mr. O'Neil and Ms. McVicar

Re: Did Martin, Mo use Sikh Youth for Air India bombing?

Today's Vancouver Sun has articles entitled, "Ex-PM sought support of terrorist group" by Kim Bolan and "PM to resolve dispute holding up Air India probe" by Paul O'Neil.

Please be advised (below) that Hawks CAFE has established a virtual grand jury to gather intelligence and collect evidence on the wrongful deaths of Air India victims caused by people suspected of using the Sikh Youth movement to conceal an arms smuggling, money-laundering and "dead-peasant" life insurance network operated by Groupe Axa. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/99http://www.conspiration.ca/conspir/ots_blanchiement_axa.html

Suspects associated with the 'spoliation' of evidence (CSIS destroyed tapes) of the Air India bombing, include 50 "prominent individuals" behind CAI Fund I (1990 - $182 million) in a private-equity partnership with Axa, Lafarge, Rose Law Firm and Canada Steamship Lines for a drugs and cluster-bomb smuggling operation called 'Iraqgate'.http://www.caifunds.com/investors.html

We know the names of 28 of the 50 prominent individuals behind CAI, one being Frank McKenna, a Canadian privy councilor with the Carlyle Canada private equity group.

Could CAI private equity partners have instructed CSIS saboteurs to infiltrate and then blame Sikh Youth for a bomb to advanced an anarchist agenda and enrich Paul Martin or his mentor, Maurice Strong, a.k.a. 'Kyoto Mo', godfather of the carbon trading scam?

Can you help us to identify any of CAI's prominent individuals who may have had motive, opportunity or weapon to destroy Air India 182 in 1985 and conceal the facts more than 20 years later? http://www.hawkscafe.com/061306.html

Yours sincerely,
Field McConnell,
