The Carlyle Canada* private equity group may need Saddam Hussein and his half brother Barzan al-Tikriti hanged in order to eliminate two of the principal witnesses to the racketeering use of UN Oil-for-Food money which was collected and distributed through the custodial services of BNP Paribas, the Carlyle-affiliated bank in New York.

My research suggests that UN money was used to stage 'al-Qaeda' attacks on the US embassies in East Africa (1998) and the USS Cole in Aden Harbour (2000) and later to coordinate and synchronize the complex acts of airborne piracy (hijacking), ground-level sabotage and financial-securities fraud through the events of 9/11.

Sometime in 1997, two Canadians, Maurice Strong and John McArthur, both being senior advisors to the president of the UN World Bank, appear to have brokered a Carlyle Canada - JPMorgan private-equity deal where UN Oil-for-Food money was stolen, laundered and invested in 'distressed debt' and/or kickback accounts of targeted individuals, companies and political parties in both Canada and America.

From late-1996 - the start of the UN Oil-for-Food scam - through to 9/11, Carlyle and JP Morgan were able to build a global human-intelligence network controlled by bribery or extortion where terrified (?) agents appear to have been ordered, in Maurice Strong's words, "to hire mercenaries .. create a panic ... jam open stock markets .. and destroy the rich industrialized countries" i.e. America.

The changes, by inserting a deliberate delay to hijacking response procedures, show that the plan to stand down the US Air Force on 9/11 and allow al-Qaeda's novice pilots to reach their targets unintercepted, was a long time coming, was well rehearsed and required agents to be in position years before, inside the Boeing Company, Clinton White House, U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, Federal Aviation Administration, NATO and NORAD.

(a) Carlyle used UN Oil-for-Food money, NATO AWACS, Nortel virtual war rooms and Macdonald Dettwiler and Associates MindBox software, to fund, simulate, develop, test, execute and coordinate the 9/11 maneuvers out of the debt-financed Bombardier-NATO flight training school in Canada.

And...

(b) Carlyle used the 9/11-induced panic to close the NYSE and conceal a $1.2 trillion hedge-fund fraud executed by UBS, Boeing and Amec agents operating from a `netcentric' base along Wacker Drive in Chicago.

Before Saddam and his half-brother go to the gallows, I recommend your governments find out what the men from Tikrit know about Carlyle Canada's diversion of money from the $100 billion UN Oil-for-Food program and its apparent use in the 9/11 attacks or the bombings in Bali, Bombay and Baghdad.

After all, Barzan al-Tikriti, the ex-boss of the Mukhabarat (Iraqi intelligence services), banked with Carlyle-affiliate Pargesa in Geneva, and he may help you to stop Amec private-equity contractors in Iraq from hiring mercenaries to kill Coalition troops so that Carlyle-affiliated, distressed-debt media, such as CanWest Global, can blame it on Bush.
