Hawks CAFE believes that John Deutch, François Bujoun de l'Estang and Anthony Smith set up an ambush during the "Global Guardian" war game - a bogus exercise sponsored by Francophonie-American private equity groups - which resulted in the death of Captain Gerald DeConto, duty officer of the Pentagon's US Naval Command Center, on 9/11.

We deduce from the absence of any witnessed 'check turns' that a low-time 'al-Qaeda' human pilot could not have been at the controls of the (AA77?) weapons platform as it executed high-speed pitch, roll and yaw maneuvers at 9:37 a.m. outside the US Navy Command Center while flying over cable reels presumably pre-positioned by the Francophonie war game contractors, including Amec, Thales and Raytheon.

We conclude that DeConto died when he was hit by a Raytheon-Thales droned missile in an ambush structured by Deutch, de l'Estang, Smith and their Francophonie associates in a racketeering conspiracy against America and, more generally, what Winston Churchill called "The English Speaking Peoples", sometimes referred to as the 'Anglosphere'.
