Hawks CAFE and Reform BC believes that KPMG and you have made B.C.'s public pension funds ('bcIMC') into a 'Campbell Soup' of abusive tax shelters in an effort to conceal global carbon futures fraud upon the brokers and investors trading on the Chicago Climate Exchange ('CCX').

KPMG tax-sheltered futures frauds allow insiders to launder bribes in a high-tax period, for example the bribes accepted by Hillary Clinton in 1978 to finance cattle futures sales on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and deliver the commodity later in low-tax periods when the price drops.
