Hawks CAFE believes Maurice Strong is stealing carbon credit from the global commons to bribe or extort his fellow privy councillors into serving as cut outs for al-Qaeda contract hits on rivals or whistleblowers to Strong's alleged climate-change lies and frauds.

Our research indicates that Maurice Strong and his off-book partner Al Gore, are lying about the value of carbon credit as an instrument of 'environmental justice' - they both must know that anthropogenic
carbon dioxide - representing only about 0.000019% of atmopshere - is not, never was and will never be a principal component of climate change. 
Our "Pattern of the Crime" video at the url below, refers to snuff films and contract hits executed during a Global Guardian 'al-Qaeda' exercise on 9/11, allegedly sponsored by Canadian privy councillor Strong.

Global Guardians" lawsuit and our allegations that Maurice Strong is a lying thief who has hired and continues to hire 'al-Qaeda' mercenaries for contract killing of his enemies and whistlblowers to his climate scam.
