The citizens association of forensic economists at Hawks CAFE is preparing a draft claim for punitive and treble damages to be filed in federal district court Fargo, North Dakota, in respect of wrongful deaths associated with "Arkancide and Kyoto 9/11", including deaths allegedly associated with a 'murder-for-hire' program where Vietnam vets appear to have been injected with tainted blood 'mined' from the Arkansas Correction System and distributed through the partners of the Little Rock's Rose Law Firm (Vincent Foster, Webster Hubbell, Joe Giroir and Hillary Clinton) and corrupt insiders of Veteran Affairs.
