The citizens association of forensic economists at Hawks CAFE is proposing to sue signatories to the UN Environmental Programme and their alleged agents, including directors of the Chicago Climate Exchange under a civil class-action RICO* suit claiming triple damages for wrongful deaths and hedge-fund frauds associated with 'Kyoto 9/11' - the name given by Hawks CAFE to the series of bogus war games staged on 9/11.http://www.unepfi.org/signatories/index.html?&no_cache=1

Bruce H. Braine Director, International Emissions Trading Association (IETA). MBA, Stanford University where artificial intelligence research leading to "NewRuleSets" and MindBox loan management software used in the Kyoto 9/11 frauds, began in 1981.

Carole Brookins United States Executive Director to The World Bank Group in Washington, DC. 2001-2005. Member of North American Advisory Board of Rabobank International which joined the racketeering UNEP loan syndicate in 1997.

CBOT's principal competitor was world's largest broker in sovereign debt and CO2 trade, Cantor Fitzgerald, effectively eliminated in WTC North Tower on 9/11.

Richard L. Sandor. Chairman and CEO Chicago Climate Exchange, Inc., a self-regulatory exchange for greenhouse gas reduction and trading program for North America. Founder of worldwide interest rate derivatives markets and catastrophe ('cat') insurance derivatives. Sandor is a presumed beneficiary of kickbacks from cat bonds triggered on 9/11 when Amec-Citigroup ran bogus sabotage vulnerability tests at Ground Zero, the New York Stock Exchange and the Pentagon's US Naval Command Center. 

Maurice Strong. Former Secretary General of the 1992 UN Conference on Environment and Development (the Rio Earth Summit) and Under-Secretary General of the United Nations. In June of 1995, named Senior Advisor to the President of the World Bank. Advisor to the United Nations. In 1997, Strong took $1 million bribe from Saddam Hussein's UN bankers, Paribas and JPMorgan, and bought a script for the bogus Global Guardian war game of 9/11 from Lansdowne Technologies of Ottawa.
