Dear Mr. McConnell and Ms. McGinnis:
Why Marcy HUBZone hedge fund had to vaporize Con Air 93
Hawks CAFE believes that around 10:03 a.m. on 9/11, HUBZone lenders and associates of Kristine Marcy transmitted encrypted signals to a Con Air flight box on United Flight 93 and detonated bombs hot enough to vaporize evidence of a major hedge-fund fraud.

Using precedent as outlined below, our Abel Danger counter intelligence team may ask for a grand jury report on the indictment of HUBZone contractors or hedge funds linked to Kristine Marcy for malfeasance in the use of a Con Air flight box to destroy - even vaporize - United 93 on 9/11.
"ATTORNEY GENERAL MAKES PUBLIC STATE GRAND JURY REPORT CONCERNING MALFEASANCE OF THE U.S. ARMY AND CONTRACTOR AT ROCKY MOUNTAIN ARSENAL 07/26/2002 Denver—Attorney General Ken Salazar announced the court-ordered release of a report from the State Grand Jury concerning its investigation of potential criminal activities at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal. The report followed a lengthy investigation of cleanup of hazardous materials at the Arsenal by the U.S. Army and its contractor, Foster-Wheeler, Inc. [mentor of HUBZone sub contractors]  .. The State Grand Jury found that on April 9, 2001 a M-74 munition had been discovered in an area where remedial work had not been authorized, and was returned back to the place of its discovery, and then falsely reported to have been found on May 8, 2001. In doing so, the April 9, 2001 discovery was covered up and not disclosed by the Army and its contractor until confronted by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) on May 11, 2001. After a nearly year long investigation, the State Grand Jury decided not to return criminal indictments against the entities or individuals involved. However, the State Grand Jury criticized the Army and its contractor for malfeasance in their actions. Malfeasance is wrongful conduct that affects, interrupts or interferes with the performance of official duties .... The State Grand Jury began an investigation in September 2001 into the handling of hazardous waste by the United States Department of the Army and Foster-Wheeler, Inc. The investigation was initiated by the Colorado Attorney General's office after receiving an investigative referral from the CDPHE of a case involving potentially criminal acts. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency assisted the Attorney General in the grand jury investigation. The alleged unlawful activities in April 2001 involved the handling of potentially active munitions discovered in a restricted area of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal where several highly dangerous sarin bomblets had been found a few months earlier. Personnel from the Army and Foster-Wheeler allegedly disregarded emergency compliance orders issued by the CDPHE. The orders concerned access to the restricted area and required notification to CDPHE of any remedial activity in that restricted area or discovery or handling of any dangerous materials found there. Based upon the CDPHE referral, the State Grand Jury investigated the alleged deceptive reporting incident to CDPHE. Potential criminal acts related to the deception of the CDPHE included felony charges for improper or unauthorized disposal of a hazardous material and forgery. The State Grand Jury's report makes recommendations aimed at improving the working relationship between the Army and State of Colorado with respect to an effective partnership in the continuing cleanup of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal. The Rocky Mountain Arsenal was constructed for the manufacture of military munitions, including the assembly of different types of munitions containing chemical nerve agentshttp://www.ago.state.co.us/press_detail.cfm%3FpressID=330.html

Last year, Marcy told her brother Field McConnell that she believed government overseers had failed to remove embedded missile gyroscopes (QRS11) from Con Air flight boxes installed by HUBZone contractors on planes used by JPATS prior to or through 9/11.http://siadapp.dmdc.osd.mil/procurement/historical_reports/statistics/p14/FY99/TableII5B.pdf
We now believe Ms. Marcy had the responsibility to remove Con Air flight boxes or at least ensure that Con Air anti-hijacking (?) encryption systems had been disabled before any JPATS planes were leased to civilian carriers; we infer this failure gave hedge-fund managers an opportunity to fly `al-Qaeda' maneuvers and collect insurance money after buy-to-lease planes had been blown up.
Please tell your Suite 450 associates and their clients that Ms. Marcy's tick is beginning to tock (talk?).
