I have flown aircraft with ELTs since 1971. I have never been taught that an ELT would be triggered by a sudden descent. I believe that was a false claim.
Second there is some confusion over how many transmissions were received by other stations. I have read suggestions ranging from 2 to 6. The truth is an ELT [Emergency Locator Transmitters] will operate for a great length of time once it is set off. So how could it be that it was silenced so quickly?

I believe the answer is it is at the bottom of the ocean. The last known position was near some storms over the water. It they were very low trying to get under a severe storm microbursts or severe
precipation could force the plane into the water or flame out both engines. But what worries me is could this have been an aircraft on which thermite might have been installed?

An hour after Adam Air Flight KI-574 took off on New Year's Day with 102 passengers and crew for what should have been a short hop between Indonesian islands, the pilot reported heavy winds – then the plane disappeared.
Thousands of soldiers battled rugged jungle terrain, a fleet of aircraft took to the skies, and ships scoured the sea for a fourth day yesterday to search an area roughly the size of Ireland.
So far they have found no trace of the Boeing 737.
"Whatever happened to the plane, it was likely rapid and catastrophic," said Patrick Smith, a US-based airline pilot and aviation commentator, pointing to a possible massive structural failure or onboard explosion [Iridium pulse detonation?].
He said it was not unheard of that the plane did not issue a mayday.
"In many accidents there are no distress calls simply because the cockpit crew is too busy dealing with the situation rather than calling around for help," Smith said.
The plane left Indonesia's main island of Java on Monday for Manado on Sulawesi Island, but lost contact with authorities halfway through the two-hour flight after twice altering its course over water and land because of severe weather, said Eddy Suyanto, head of the search and rescue mission.
Authorities wrongly said on Tuesday that the wreckage had been found with a dozen survivors, causing further anguish to relatives camped out at airports and hotels in Manado, which was supposed to be Flight KI-574's final destination, and Makassar, initially believed to be closer to the crash site.
Many wondered how a Boeing 737 could vanish [vaporize?].
"It's impossible," said Junus Tombokan, 53, who was awaiting news about his nephew. "How could a plane disappear for several days without any clues whatsoever?"
Iksan Tatang, Indonesia's director general of air transportation, said at least two signals from Flight KI-574's emergency beacon – activated on impact or when a plane experiences a sharp, sudden descent – were picked up by another aircraft in the vicinity and by a satellite [Iridium?].
Suyanto later put the number of emergency signals at six – saying the last one came over waters just south of Manado.
Adam Air is one of at least a dozen budget carriers that sprang up in Indonesia after 1998, when the industry was deregulated.
The rapid expansion has led to cheap flights to scores of destinations across Indonesia, but has also raised concerns because of reports of poor maintenance of the leased planes.
Professional pilots discussing the plane's disappearance in online chat rooms have alleged that cronyism and political favouritism in Indonesia's aviation industry has undermined public safety.
Air navigation can be difficult in Indonesia, which has been called the world's largest archipelago, because there are gaps in the communications systems.
Last year, an Adam Air Boeing 737 flew off course on a stretch of the same route and was lost for several hours before it made an emergency landing at the small Tambalaka airstrip, hundreds of miles from where the plane was supposed to be.

The trail of evidence is getting rather robust. I have today shared information with ALPA and have solicited a response from American Air Lines and their union, APA.
I believe ALPA and APA should be given the opportunity to bring this legal case in the court of their choosing but if they do not wish to pursue this than I am preparing to cause a "Runaway Grand Jury" to be empaneled.
I have numerous legal contacts in Fargo including a highly placed federal judge, an honest District Court judge, and two military Judge Advocate Generals.
Further, I will be sharing this with Judge Roy Moore, perhaps the most honest Judge in America.
He, as you may recall, was forcibly removed from the Supreme Court down south when he refused to remove the 10 Commandments from his court chambers.
He operates a business called Moral Law and I think his opinions would be motivated by legal knowledge, constitutional slavery, and a God-given sense of integrity.
I will attempt to discover if a Runaway Grand Jury can be empaneled in Fargo as this area is not the corrupt cesspool that spans the entire East Coast.
I, today, have received information that casts doubts on an honest and fair trial in Minneapolis.
I do have personal experience with "Fraud upon the Court" but believe the fraud related to 9-11 is punishable under RICO statutes as it involved sinister acts crossing state lines as pilots were collateralized for huge financial rewards through what I would consider "dead peasant insurance
policies", perhaps in favor of Soros, Rodham-Clinton, and others.
My legal understanding is not great but I believe if RICO is involved in a civil matter than treble damages may be awarded.
I have several questions. I notice that often the unexplained crashes of airliners tend to be Boeing aircraft that are lost over terrain or water that makes the gathering of evidence most difficult.
Some examples are Egypt Air 990, TWA 800, Korean 007 and recently Idonesian 574.
Having spent the bulk of my career in Douglas and AirBus equipment I am not aware of why Boeing aircraft should be having more incidents than Douglas and AirBus but I recall that the DOJ dropped an investigation of Boeing for illegal modifications of Boeing jets outside of the US.
Further, I have come to learn that some explosives may be installed on Boeing jets contrary to BATFE regulations.
I have contacted two peers on Boeing aircraft and have asked my peers if they are aware of explosives in the main cabin doors of Boeing models from the 737 to the 787. I have asked the same questions of ALPA and APA. To this moment I have not found a
single entity that is aware of the presence of explosives in the doors. However, I will report back latter on any responses.
As a forensic economist do you consider it possible that some party or parties could be making a financial killing by causing Boeing aircraft to be lost?
If money is their goal and 9-11 was profitable, I cringe to think what their lust for cash could mean for me and my fellow pilots of airliners world wide.

Grand Jury for Dead Pilot Flight Box Frauds?
I am asking pilots of Boeing passenger jets to empanel a `Runaway' Grand Jury - well protected from corrupt prosecutors - and investigate `Dead Pilot Flight Box' frauds allegedly executed by financial sponsors of the Clinton White House era (1993 – 2001).
Research suggests the alleged frauds were executed by a racketeering-influenced and corrupt organization (`RICO') of Hillary Clinton, George Soros, Carlyle Canada private equity groups and the French American Foundation (`FAF') in New York and Paris.
Carlyle and FAF insiders appear to have hired Barzan al-Tikriti (just hanged in Baghdad) and Hillary Clinton in the late `80s to help develop special weapons and tactics teams for an "Iraqgate" assassination, money laundering and arms and drugs smuggling network. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/62
In the `90s, Barzan and Hillary developed `smart' airborne cluster bomb technologies thanks to a series of bogus public-private partnerships with the CIA, CSIS (Canada Security and Intelligence Services) and the Mukhabarat, the Iraqi intelligence services.
The dead-pilot flight box weapon evolved after a bombing of the Murrah Building (OKC) in 1995 killed agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives and terrified survivors promptly lifted a ban on the use of explosives on Boeing passenger jets.
We analyzed war game maneuvers to discover that a French American Foundation `red team' simulated an `al-Qaeda hijack' during the `Amalgam Virgo' war game of 1-2, June 2001 by making use of `dead-pilot' flight boxes embedded in Boeing passenger jets.
We then found FAF used the `dead-pilot' flight boxes to overwhelm blue-team defenders with coordinated decoy-and-drone maneuvers in a `Global Guardian' war game on 9/11.
On 9/11, the FAF red team fraudulently converted `co-operating' Boeing civilian passenger jets into 'non-cooperating' net-centric attacks with 'smart' cluster bombs.

David: As you may be aware I am planning a Pro Se filing of wrongful death in the cases of Captain Charles `Chic' Burlingame who at the time of his death [9/11] was the Captain of AA77 and Capt Gerald DeConto, USN, who was at the time of his death directing the U S Naval Command Center in the Pentagon.
It is widely misunderstood that they died simultaneously as the result of AA77 flying through the window of the USNCC. In a DVD entitled "911 In Plane Site" an Air Traffic Controller is heard saying, in effect, "whatever hit the Pentagon was not AA77 as we [FAA-ATC] lost radar contact with AA77 45 minutes prior to the Pentagon explosion and the last radar contact had AA77 over the Atlantic ocean". I suggest in addition to Hillary [Clinton] and the other 3 women we hold as persons of interest, we include the following four persons:
Vice Admiral SA Fry USN: I believe he changed the ROE [rules of engagement] on 1 June, 2001 the day Amalgam Virgo began. Amalgam Virgo, I assert, was a dress rehearsal for Global Guardian, 9-11.
LTGen John Campbell USAF: I believe the General was the USAF liaison to the CIA during Amalgam Virgo and Global Guardian.
Darleen Druyun: Her relationship involving Boeing, AWACS and her [subsequent] prison time indicate to me she may have been able to provide AWACS service to an "outside contractor" during Global Guardian.
Jamie Gorelick: Was in a position to build a "firewall" between DOJ and FBI. I suggest the intelligence committee may have been corrupted due to her efforts.
I assert that Captain DeConto presumed he was participating in the war game Global Guardian when he realized he'd been double crossed and a "real world event" was unfolding. If the ROE was typical of these games Captain DeConto would have only 3 minutes to alert the proper chain of command of the "hijacking" of the planned exercise.
In the same fashion I have no doubt that Captain Chic Burlingame thought his flight, AA77, was routine up to the time that, I allege, the flight was taken over electronically through the QRS11 GyroChip and two trailing aircraft, a drone that would hit the Pentagon and a small white Canadair [Bombardier-NATO] C & C aircraft.
In as much as Federal Assets, including World Trade Center 7 and the Pentagon were destroyed, in my mind, by the corrupt acts of Americans and Canadians working together, I believe I can file a Pro Se request as I am, in this case, a "Friend of the Court".
As a career fighter pilot I can claim that I relied on intelligence that was accurate and timely when pursuing an "unknown rider" and I believe my friends at the North Dakota ANG were prevented from protecting AA77 and UA93 due to a corrupted Command and Communications system.
As a career airline captain I can [also] claim that when I sign for a multimillion dollar aircraft and the safety of up to 420 people, I need to be aware of all components of the aircraft. To this day I believe there are 108 Boeing aircraft "out there" with QRS11 GyroChips installed and also explosives in the doors.
As a 28 year airline pilot I, and [my] peers, have not been instructed in the installation and purpose of either.
I contacted ALPA, our union, and I believe that the union was also not aware of this prior to 12-11-06. I further understand that it was a violation of BATF regulations to have explosives installed in commercial aircraft. Records of this may have been lost in the explosive demolition of the Murrah building in Oklahoma City.
I have copied Charles Lee to this letter. He took Ramzi Yousef into custody in Lahore, Pakistan while he was posted there by the US DEA.

I propose to launch a pro se civil suit on behalf of the victims' relatives, members of the Airline Pilots Association ('ALPA') and fighter pilots with the "Happy Hooligans" (ND ANG) and other plaintiffs who may have suffered emotional or financial damage from wrongful deaths in the alleged conspiracy to sabotage our public assets, including American Airlines Flight 77 on 9/11 and TWA's Flight 800 and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms office in the Murrah Building, Oklahoma City, in 1996.
A pro se suit is a limited remedy for the alleged wrongful deaths, given prospective defendants are using 'virtual' war rooms to 'spoliate' physical evidence which would otherwise support indictments for racketeering, extortion and solicitation to murder.

I am by education an economist however we had enough science at the U S Naval Academy that I can understand, in layman's terms, what happens when thermite is ignited in a fuselage.
The initial explosion would blow the enpennage off and as the gas burning at 5800 degrees escapes thru the opening in the tail, the engines would ripped off and lacking an enpennage the wildly accelerating fuselage would go nose low and be vaporized, at some point, into plasma. That is what I believe to be what occurred in Shanksville. The Air National Guard unit that I retired from was "in the area" with shoot down orders as a redundancy to the thermite [in the insulation?].
That celluloid drivel known as UA93 [GE's "United 93"] did little to capture the imagination of those who are not buying the 9-11 events as reported.
For starters, none, NONE, of the muslim patsies ever flew above 10,000 feet above ground level [AGL]. As they had never been above 10K they would never have flown faster than 250K [ K= knot= nautical mph].
If the patsies had never flown about 250K it is impossible they could have been controlling either WTC jet or whatever hit the Pentagon [ NOT Chic Burlingame's flight 77]. As a career fighter pilot and airline captain who has flown in formation with drones and engaged and destroyed drones [QF102, QF100] I assert no patsy could control a 757 at 530 mph over the lawn at the Pentagon.
Further, the second WTC object, I believe to be a "false flag E10 manuevering so tightly at what I estimate to be 380K once again the pastsies were not allowed to go faster than 250K.
The performance ramifications of 380/250 is exponential not linear. In a nutshell, impossible. While the muslim patsies may have volunteered to do the flying I assert whoever controlled the 4 airliners thru the QRS11 [Hillary's al-Qaeda Sisterhood] is the guilty party, not the Muslim patsies.
The blackmail techniques used, I assert, by Hillary go way back to the 70s when a friend of mine from the Punahou School class of 1967 managed the restaurant that Hillary's husband frequented. I drew an informed opinion of Bill and Hillary from him. Further, the 4 star General, Hunter Harris IV, USAF, who appointed me to the Naval Academy told me how some low forms of life entrap powerful people seeking power or wealth. General Harris used to allow me to polish the 3 limousines that Pacific Air Forces [Hickam AFB, Hawaii] had. He sometimes would talk to me to assess my potential for an academy appointment. I believe he was entrapped by someone in Arkansas and I recall his talking of a Rockefeller, Winthrop I believe.
I had the opportunity to fly Gordon Kahl's dental records to Little Rock AFB, Arkansas after the FBI murdered him in the mid-80s. Further, while flying NORAD alert missions at Jacksonville FL I met Barry Seal and was offered some very interesting and profitable flying. Barry Seal had been the biggest and best drug smuggler that delivered cocaine into Mena, Ark during Bill Clinton's meteoric rise from a nobody to an impeached President. Barry Seal was murdered in 1988 by what I believe to be "false flag Colombians".
In summary I submit that, like the devil, Hillary would identify someone's weakness and exploit it for Hillary's gain. Once entrapped by Hillary one could not elect to opt out, similar to hauling drugs in airplanes. I think power, position, sex, homosexual sex, money and promise of influence were some of the potions Hillary poured out. However, Hillary cannot hold 900 former good servants slave and I believe there are many well intentioned public servants who feel paralyzed by their entrapment in Hillary's web. I feel that when a small number of entrapped Hillary people leave seeking clemency in return for their testimony, Hillary's tent will drop faster than a prom dress. I hope my sister, if likewise entrapped, leads the parade.

My research indicates that the three 'al-Qaeda Sisters' combined insider knowledge, sexual entrapment, blackmail and extortion of public servants and thereby staged decoy hijackings by civilian (?) red teams during the bogus 'Global Guardian' war game of 9/11.
By staging airborne hijack attacks on innocent civilians in the World Trade Center, the Sisterhood diverted public attention from the privately-financed sabotage of its real, strategic target, the US Naval Command Center in Wedge 1 of the Pentagon.
For years prior to 9/11, 'Sister' Clinton appears to have blackmailed your Commander-in-Chief (POTUS 42) by hiring or encouraging women to provide sexual services to her husband, Bill Clinton, and then subsequently extorting this hapless man with the evidence.
In 1996, Sister Clinton forced her priapic Bill to appoint John Deutch, Director of Central Intelligence. She tasked Dr. Deutch to steal the agency's 'al-Qaeda' database and began recruiting special weapons and tactics ('SWAT') teams for false-flag attacks.
