I am asking you if Alfonso Gagliano, Canadian privy councilor and alleged bookie for Montreal's Bonnano and Rizutto crime families, helped to restructure the Global Guardian war games of 9/11 into 'Numbers Games' and thereby defraud unwitting bettors trading that same day in catastrophe (cat) bond derivatives on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

In alleged Gagliano 9/11 numbers games, 'blue teams' bettors borrowed millions of dollars from Carlyle Canada* private equity groups to place 'low risk' bets that each Boeing plane of Flights 11, 175, 77 and 93 would survive the 9/11 war games.

What the blue teams didn't know was Gagliano's Canadian Ministry of Public Works had procured illegal modifications to Boeing planes in Canada and changed the war game odds in favour of insider red teams' betting that the planes would not survive 9/11.

A blue team would then have bet heavily on a "Global Guardian"
plane after al-Qaeda's novice pilots had reached the cockpit, only to find a red team could trigger a catastrophe bond and win the bet by destroying the plane with remote guidance or detonation signals sent through illegally-modified avionics via Boeing's satellite communications networks.

Outlined below, is my analysis of the fate of the Boeing passenger plane which flew in one of the alleged numbers games and was later cast as 'United 93' in an eponymous movie where scientific
fact was subordinated to Hollywood's "al-Qaeda" myths.

I believe Boeing paid the largest fine in U.S. history ($615 million) this year to get the U.S. Department of Justice to drop investigations into 14 years of illegal procurement and modifications which would otherwise have led investigators to a '9/11 Numbers Game'.

Terrified directors of Boeing have now applied for a Canadian patent anti-terror system – apparently used by Gagliano's red team on 9/11 - where "'Uninterruptible' autopilot .. not allow anyone on board to control flight .. automatically fly and land airliners if flight crew is incapacitated or killed .. emergency landing plan can be predfined or radioed to aircraft by airline or government controllers [LIUNA?]", Ian Macleod, Vancouver Sun, December 2, 2006.

Can we expect to see more "Numbers Games" from Carlyle Canada and Bonanno bookies, where Boeing planes are flown by air traffic controllers and all evidence of murder is destroyed by red-team members of a mobbed-up Laborers' union ('LIUNA')?

I estimate that Carlyle investors have modified at least 1,000 Boeings so that they can be flown remotely into America's strategic infrastructure targets and/or global command centers or used to assassinate selected passengers, trigger underlying catastrophe bonds and execute the numbers games frauds to enrich red-team insiders.

"Did Carlyle Canada, Alfonso Gagliano and Boeing run 'Numbers Games' or 'Policy Rackets' on 9/11?"

At 10:03 a.m. on 9/11, Carlyle Canada's red team appear to have ordered saboteurs to remotely detonate (or ignite) explosives (or incendiaries), concealed inside United 93.

United 93 was transformed into a rocket, breaking up in mid-air and creating debris fields 8 miles long stretching from a field outside Shanksville, Pa., to New Baltimore.

The mid-air destruction of the illegally-modified Boeing 737 (?) triggered a United 93 catastrophe bond at precisely 10:03 a.m. on Tuesday, September 11, 2001.

The United 93 cat-bond derivative traders on Chicago's Mercantile Exchange would then have ordered the blue-team bettors to pay the red-team bettors with credit from Carlyle Canada's 'off-book' loan syndicates.

Together with the few body parts of United's passengers, pilot and crew to survive the saboteurs' apparent use of ultra-high temperature accelerants, United 93's second engine hit the ground outside New Baltimore a few seconds from 10:06 a.m.
