Dear Representative Hunter:

Re: IFATCA contract hit on ALPA 9/11
Hawks CAFE believes that Desmarais family private-equity groups, hired IFATCA* directors to execute contract 'hits' and life-insurance frauds on ALPA pilots and Boeing commercial aircraft passengers during a bogus 'Global Guardian' war game on 9/11.

*International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers' Association in Montreal, Quebec

We allege the Desmarais' laundered proceeds of 9/11 life & casualty insurance contracts through a Montreal murder-for-hire network, sponsored by Premier Bernard Landry and mobbed-up 'supranationalists' in the government of Quebec.

"In February of 2001, during the Parti Québécois leadership race, Landry was criticized for a comment regarding the federal government's policy of prominently displaying the maple leaf on federal government buildings and programs, when his phrase des bouts de chiffons rouge was mistranslated in English Canadian media as "bits of red rag" — chiffon rouge is more accurately translated as "red flag", and is in fact a normal idiom in Quebec French which refers to the red cape that a matador uses to provoke his prey in the sport of bullfighting. He became Premier of Quebec on March 8, 2001 .. is a Quebec sovereignist advocating a supranational confederation of Quebec and Canada, inspired by the institutions of the European Union. As such, he is one of the most faithful followers of René Lévesque and the other sovereigty-associationists. He is the author of Commerce sans frontières ("Trade without Borders"), published in 1987."

The Québec New York 2001 event gave Landry's 'supranationalists' an opportunity to film attacks coordinated by IFATCA on the air and Montréal Brainware on the ground.
» [It's our lucky day, we must film this and then .....]"

We allege that the Desmarais' used labor-union pension funds to share 9/11 'blood and hush' money with IFATCA directors and affiliates (see notes), including Dale Wright (FAA), Marc Baumgartner (Civil/Military Eurocontrol) and Doug Churchill (NavCan).
