Asks if McConnell Int. packaging loans to Lockheed Martin subcontractors apparently hired to execute contract hits on rivals or whistleblowers, attributed to `al-Qaeda' or other terrorist groups.

Dear Mr. McConnell and Ms. Marcy:
McConnell loans for Lockheed contract hits?
Hawks CAFE is asking if McConnell International (`MI') associates have packaged loans for subcontractors to be hired by Lockheed Martin Canada for contract hits on rivals or whistleblowers where murders are attributed to `al-Qaeda' or some other terrorist group.
Our Abel Danger counter intelligence team has determined that MI has packaged loans to  Lockheed Martin's subcontractors, including 8(a) and other small product and services companies, without screening the lenders for apparent links to international money laundering and organized crime or terror groups.

"McConnell International .. client engagements  sensitive areas such as market strategy, competitive assessments [destruction of Lockheed  rival, Boeing?]. We.. do not ..  publicly disclose  names. MI's industry clients: Fortune 100 companies Large and medium-sized system integrators, Computer hardware and telecommunications providers, Global consulting companies, Information providers  8(a) and other small product and services companies, Multi-National OrganizationsBank of International Settlements, Council of Europe, Parliamentary Assembly, Organization of American States (OAS), United Nations, The World Bank GovernmentsGovernment of Aruba, Office of Prime Minister, Government of Brazil, Ministry of Planning, Government of Jordan, Ministry of Planning, Republic of South Africa, State Information Technology Agency"
Abel Danger claims to have found a `signature' use of McConnell packaged loans during `Global Guardian', a 9/11 live-fire war game coordinated by Lockheed Martin Canada.
We have evidence to suggest that labor union operators of Lockheed C4ISR systems used SBA 8(a) loans to buy life insurance on Captain 'Chic' Burlingame, Boeing pilot of AA 77, and Captain Gerald DeConto, the duty officer in the Pentagon U.S. Naval Command Center, whereboth men died in simultaneous attacks during an 'al-Qaeda' 9/11 war game.
We presume the innocence of everyone who packages loans at McConnell International for Lockheed off-book lenders but we struggle to find an innocent explanation for al-Qaeda's ability to execute simultaneous contract hits on hundreds of victims, hundreds of miles apart.
The forensic economists at Hawks CAFE are guided by two mantras, the first being "Accuse no innocent; shelter no guilty" and the second is "No Murder left unsolved".
We will solve the murders of Captains Burlingame and DeConto but will you help us?
Yours sincerely,

"July 2001: NORAD Plans a Mock Simultaneous Hijacking Threat From Inside the US  NORAD is already planning for the Amalgam Virgo 02 exercise .. One plane, a Delta 757, flown by Delta pilots, will fly from Salt Lake City, Utah to Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska. It will be "hijacked" by FBI agents posing as terrorists. The other plane will be a Navy C-9 bound from Oak Harbor, Washington to Vancouver, British Columbia, and will be "hijacked" by Royal Canadian Mounted Police ..  military personnel will act as civilian passengers. US and Canadian fighters are to respond, and either force the planes to land or simulate shooting them down .. "Threats of killing hostages or crashing were left to script writers to invoke creativity and broaden the required response for players." About 1,500 people will participate in the exercise .. 9/11 Commissioner Richard Ben-Veniste will similarly comment that this planned exercise shows that, despite frequent comments to the contrary, the military considered simultaneous hijackings before 9/11."
