I believe that Carlyle Canada*, a principal private-equity creditor to MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates ('MDA') Ltd. and its past and present directors, including the Canadian Minister of International Trade, David Emerson , uses MDA employees and MindBox rule-based software to launder money through predatory loans and extort borrowers into helping others to commit or to conceal a range of criminal organization offences, including hedge-fund and mortgage fraud, murder, sabotage and treason.

MindBox automatically structures loans to fit borrowers with distressed-debt profiles so Carlyle's lenders can offer vulnerable borrowers, including politicians, a 'hedged' trade.

I believe that MindBox `hedges' lenders' line of credit with online contracts, forcing victim borrowers to commit some specified act of fraud, murder, sabotage or treason.

MindBox rules 'hedge' both loan and victim; for example, if borrowers fail to execute a murder contract or they disobey orders, they are killed by another victim of MindBox!

As an example, the former U.S. president, Bill Clinton, and his wife and former First Lady, Hillary Clinton, are exceedingly vulnerable to the MindBox rules for murder.

As potential targets for terrorist acts or hedge fund frauds, my colleagues and I want to trace the assets of Carlyle Canada's loan syndicates through MindBox software and identify any 'hedged' borrowers who might be subjected to MindBox rules for murder or sabotage, for example those criminal acts associated with 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina.

I have suggested elsewhere that the U.S. and Canadian governments treat Carlyle Canada private equity users of MindBox as members of a virtual (online) racketeering-influenced and corrupt organization ('RICO') and quarantine victim borrowers, including the Clintons and their murderous associates in the Laborers' union in both countries.

As we are all potential victims of terrorist or sabotage attacks, I would like to visit the headquarters office of MDA in Richmond with my colleagues to learn more about MindBox software and find out who writes the lenders' rules and who pays the writers.

For obvious reasons, we would like Mr. Emerson to attend such a meeting and I have copied this e-mail to his Vancouver Kingsway constituency office for comment.

Perhaps you would be kind enough to let Ms. Harrison or Mr. Emerson know if and when such a visit would be possible.
