Dear Mr. Gore:

Re: Nobel prize for carbon credit contract hits

Hawks CAFE believes that you and insiders of the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change have been rewarded by the Nobel committee with a 'peace' prize for the racketeering (RICO*) development of "carbon-credit contract hits" used on 9/11 in violation of US Code § 1958 (murder for hire).
RICO* - Racketeering-influenced and corrupt organization
Our research indicates that the contract-hit teams which provided spot, shoot, snuff, spin and spoliation services resulting in the wrongful deaths of Carlton Bartels (, North Tower) and Jim Berger (Aon Corporation, South Tower) on 9/11, benefited later by the grants of carbon credits laundered through Generation Investments (2004) and the Chicago Climate Exchange (2003).
Please advise members of the Nobel Committee and Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change that Hawks CAFE forensic economists are developing a qui tam response with the United States as a remedy to false claims by contractors and sub-contractors and the use of carbon credits in murder for hire.
This e-mail will be notarized and added to the legal file below, along with any responses from the Nobel Committee; the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change; Generation Investments; Chicago Climate Exchange; private equity investors in the Thales, Total, Vivendi and Molten Metal Technology companies; Laborers' ('LIUNA'), Teamsters' and ALPA unions; the U.S. Army Picatinny Warfighter Center (N.J.); the DoJ, the FBI, and The Boeing Company.

" .. Al Gore was last night awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, along with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. The Nobel committee in Oslo said they had been awarded the prize "for their efforts to build up and disseminate greater knowledge about man-made climate change, and to lay the foundations for the measures that are needed to counteract such change".,21985,22577055-661,00.html
"Springsteen Tributes Attack Victim Updated: Sat, Oct 06 3:16 PM EDT YARDLEY, Pa. (AP) - The memorial service for a fan who died in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks included a special videotaped tribute from Bruce Springsteen. James P. "Jim" Berger, 44, a senior vice president of the insurance company AON Consulting Group, died in the attack on the World Trade Center. His memorial service was attended by 1,000 people. Co-workers said Berger shepherded many of AON's employees to safety from their 101st-floor office in the trade center's south tower after the north tower was struck by a jetliner. "I am so proud my husband was able to put other people in front of himself in the face of what must have been unbelievable fear," Berger's widow Suzanne said before the lights dimmed and Springsteen appeared on a screen set up for Friday's service. Springsteen dedicated his performance to Berger's three sons. "I understand this was one of your Pop's favorite songs," he said." Then, with a harmonica in his mouth and a guitar in his hands, Springsteen began to play "Thunder Road."

Al Gore appears to have had passwords to MASINT* virtual war rooms with the capability of 'forging' the signature of U.S. President Bush on orders to stand down blue-team defenders during the Global Guardian war game of 9/11.

MASINT* - Measurement and Signature Intelligence

"The FBI and CIA were hamstrung by the "Wall" a set of Justice Department directives issued by Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick that made it illegal for the two agencies to cooperate with each other in terrorism probes. Testifying before the 9/11 Commission last year, former Attorney General John Ashcroft contended that "the single greatest structural cause for September 11 was the wall that segregated criminal investigators and intelligence agents"  "[Gorelick] built that wall" said Ashcroft, "through a March 1995 memo." Gorelick's now notorious wall memo instructed prosecutors in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing case: "We believe that it is prudent to establish a set of instructions that will more clearly separate the counterintelligence investigation from the more limited, but continued, criminal investigations. These [MASINT]procedures, which go beyond what is legally required, will prevent any risk of creating an unwarranted appearance that [the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] is being used to avoid procedural safeguards which would apply in a criminal investigation." According to now retired New York Times columnist William Safire, Gorelick was tapped for her post by Hillary [Google Arkancide] ally Webster Hubbell after he resigned from the Justice Department in 1994 to face charges of overbilling his legal clients."
