Dear Jack:
'Marcy prime contractor for al-Qaeda contract hits'Topic Proposal for Dr. Jack Stockwell ShowTuesday, 7-9 am MT, April 29, 2008 - KTKK AM 630
Scheduled above and outlined in text/research notes below, Hawks CAFE proposes "Marcy prime contractor for al-Qaeda's  contract hits" as a topic for your next Tuesday show
A few weeks after the 9/11 attacks, Osama bin Laden was quoted in Time Magazine as claiming, "Al Qaeda has three independent networks to move its assets around the world and all the resources of the British and Americans  cannot stop us." … he is also quoted with, "It matters not whether Muslims or Socialists destroy America".
Our Abel Danger counter intelligence team has evidence that, wittingly or unwittingly, Kristine Marcy (Field McConnell's sister) and her fellow bilingual (French and English) executives at McConnell International LLC in Washington D.C., helped U.N. bankers to launder money through SMA 8(a) `death squads' and that, wittingly or unwittingly, Kristine Marcy, acted as prime contractor in setting up three networks (HUMINT, ELINT and $$INT) to move terror group assets and execute al-Qaeda contract hits.
Abel Danger has evidence suggesting that Ms. Marcy has given `al-Qaeda' access to three networks:
1. Human intelligence ('HUMINT') on a privatized-prison operators' network
2. Financial intelligence ('$$INT') on an SBA 8(a) small business loan network (used to launder victim life insurance money for radical killers)
3. Electronic intelligence ('ELINT') on an encrypted private-equity network used by UN bankers, AXA-BNP Paribas & JPMorgan.
These allegations as to information and belief are in addition to what was provided to US AG Mukasey on 3 October, 2007 in the form of Civil Case 3:07-cv-49 'Hawks CAFE v. Global Guardians' also filed in Clerk's Office, Federal District Court of North Dakota 655 1st Ave. North, Suite 130, Fargo ND 58102.

1. Al-Qaeda 9/11 - Alleged human intelligence (HUMINT) network
"Private Prisons Firm Stirs Concerns by Caitlin Rother August 31, 1998 - San Diego Union Tribune - letters@... .. Corrections Corp. of America .. bidding to house prisoners at the now-vacant 900-bed county jail in downtown San Diego. The 1,700-bed prison there has seen at least 13 stabbings, two homicides and the escape of six inmates -- five of them murderers -since it opened 14 months ago. That compares with 12 assaults and no homicides for Ohio's entire public prison system of 49,000 inmates in 1997. After the escapes, Ohio Gov. George Voinovich immediately wanted to close the prison. He backed off only after the state attorney general warned that would involve a long, hard and perhaps unsuccessful court battle ..  Opponents say private operators ..  do not have the ability to safely house dangerous felons .. The company also is building a 2,304-bed prison in California City in Kern County and plans to start building a 1,024-bed prison in Mendota outside Fresno by the end of the year, again with no contracts in hand. This is the typical mode of operation for CCA, whose executives often cite the motto 'Build it and they will come.' 'Clearly the need for INS and U.S.Marshals Service beds is pretty prevalent up and down the state,' said David Myers, president of CCA's West Coast operation. He said state prisons are reaching capacity as well. Kristine Marcy, a federal immigration official in Washington, D.C., agreed. 'I wouldn't worry about finding people to fill those beds, not at all,' she said. Marcy said there are 'loads and loads' of federal prisoners in lock-ups throughout the Western region, waiting for trials, sentences or deportation. Immigration detainees range from low-to high-security levels and prisons must be able to accommodate them, she said. In addition to the pending contract with CCA for the 200-bed, medium-security jail, the federal government also has announced a need for 800 to 1,000 beds in Southern California for INS and U.S. Marshals Service prisoners. Any private prison operator may submit a bid, Marcy said"
2. Al-Qaeda 9/11 - Alleged financial intelligence ($$INT) network

"February 5, 2001 SBA modernizes .. By ..  2003, agency officials want all programs up and running around the clock .. upgraded systems for managing its extensive portfolio of guaranteed loans, chief operating officer Kristine Marcy said. SBA processed its first electronic loan last November through its Sacramento, Calif., office and plans to add more private lenders during fiscal 2001 .. Over the past decade, SBA's portfolio of loans to small and disadvantaged businesses has more than doubled to $50 billion. "We're a small agency with a huge portfolio," Marcy said. SBA supplies more than half of the U.S. venture capital available each year. Seventy percent to 80 percent of the loans are booked through a preferred lender program, which involves nearly 7,000 banks, Marcy said. SBA guarantees the loans .. "The financial and IT businesses were changing so rapidly, we had to make some changes to stay current with the private sector," Marcy said. Banks had been asking SBA to make faster decisions on loan guarantees. The agency decided to aim for a turnaround time of one hour." .. "The Dwight D. Eisenhower Award for Excellence was created in 1991 and named for the president under whom the SBA was founded. The award is intended to honor large federal prime contractors that have excelled in their utilization of small businesses as supplier and subcontractors."
