Our research outlined below links the three politicans and their alleged mentor, Maurice Strong, to special weapons & tactics teams which used a proxy 'al-Qaeda' group to conceal a murder-for-hire and carbon-credit racket for the self-styled 'Global Guardians'

We have observed the following relationships: 

1. Al Gore links to Molten Metal Technology bombs used on WTC#7

2. Hillary Clinton links to LIUNA's avoidance of a RICO Trusteeship
3. Rudy Giuliani links to the use of Fresh Kills as a park to hide evidence 

In the alleged murder-for-hire racket, Strong's private equity funds, including CAI-Carlyle Canada, attach carbon credits or liens to the insured-mortage of properties deemed to generate too much CO2 or sequester too little. 

Carlyle then presents owners with a satellite image of their carbon-liened properties, be they homes, offices, planes or landfills; they then give the owners a choice to pay the lien, accept a bribe, lose the property or die.

Depending on the choice, Carlyle hires mercenaries, including LIUNA local members, to kill owners, families or employees; record and distribute snuff films "pour encourager les autres" and, spoliate crime scene evidence.

The Global Guardians and their private-equity groups pay the mercenaries, including snuff film camera crews and the witting or unwitting spoliators with carbon credits or proceeds of insurance policies on victim life or property.
