On Tuesday November 14th, 2006, I visited the RCMP's Richmond office and made an oral statement to you alleging that the B.C. Ferries' vessel, Queen of the North, was sunk in late March 2006 in a catastrophe bond fraud, brokered by Richmond-based company Macdonald Dettwiler and Associates through that company's global network of virtual (online) war rooms and MindBox software. http://www.mdacorporation.com/products/mindbox.shtml

You referred my allegation to an unknown officer and returned to the front desk to tell me that "it [my allegation?] was too big" for the Richmond detachment and I should contact RCMP Commercial Crime by calling telephone number 604 264 3111.

The following day, Wednesday, I called that number and spoke with a male officer - identification number C5475 - who advised me that his office would only respond to a referral from your office and not to an allegation from a member of the public.

I called you back on your number at 604-278-1212 and you told me that you might do something but that you had a "lot of crimes" to attend to.

I am therefore making a formal written request by way of this open e-mail to you to speak and meet with a watch commander in the Richmond office in order that I can detail the evidence, present some written material and, hopefully, obtain the referral in question.

The evidence I present will, of course, be consistent with my allegation that MDA provided its customers with access to the company's virtual war rooms to allow them to hack into the Queen of the North's electronic charting and navigation systems, steer the vessel at full speed onto the rocks, sink it with the associated destruction of evidence of the alleged fraud, including the vessel's physical logbook and the allegedly-modified electronics, and execute the catastrophe bond fraud in favour of MDA's alleged private equity insiders, including the members of the Carlyle Canada* group and the mobbed-up leaders of the Laborers International Union of North America (LIUNA).

"The vessel's hull was ripped open from the bow to the stern when it hit rock at eighteen knots .. ruled out mechanical failure as cause of sinking of B.C. ferry .. The Queen of the North sank Wednesday night after running aground south of Prince Rupert. The vessel was a kilometre off course at the time of the accident .. "To date there are no indications of any kind of mechanical failure with the main engine or the steering gear system.." Mathew said critical information may come from an electronic chart system still on the bridge of the ferry. That equipment would have recorded course changes made as the vessel navigated the narrow channels of the inside passage.. 37-year-old ferry, .. resting 350 metres below the surface in Wright Channel."
