Hawks CAFE has found the money trail leading to the Quebec-based mob leaders busted yesterday, may be linked to global cocaine smuggling, money laundering and 'al-Qaeda' catastrophe (cat) bond frauds as far back as 1989.

The trail described in the excerpts below, leads to people with motive. opportunity and weapon to execute `al-Qaeda' attacks on the USS Cole, 9/11, Madrid, London and their many sequels, and also to arrange apparent `accidents', such as the 2003 destruction of space shuttle Columbia, the 2005 failure of the New Orleans levees (17 hours after the Katrina storm surge had passed), and the 2006 sinking of the BC Ferries' Queen of the North.

RE: Quebec - Nation built on cocaine, dirty money and catastrophe bonds

Unpropitiously, the same day Canadian prime minister, Stephen Harper, proposed a vote in Ottawa on "Quebec is a nation within Canada", some of the closest relatives of Vito Rizzuto - "Godfather of the Mafia in Canada" - were arrested, disrupting a criminal organization which has built Quebec into a national hub for global cocaine trafficking, illegal gambling, extortion and money laundering.

I would like to help the investigative journalists at the National Post to destroy the Rizuttos' global money laundering network, allegedly operated through the use of bogus catastrophe bonds - a.k.a. cat bonds - brokered by the Canada Carlyle* private equity group, operating out of Montreal, in an off-book partnership with Canada Steamship Lines headquartered in Barbados.

My research indicates that the Carlyle cat bonds are being used to place, layer, integrate and launder the Rizuttos' money, after the bonds have been triggered by assassination and sabotage SWAT teams using the virtual and physical war rooms, carried by the CSL self-unloading fleet.

Placing dirty money: The Rizuttos' dirty drug money is invested "placed" in an escrow account, controlled by Carlyle (Barbados?) to cover the public costs of responding to a accidental or contrived catastrophe such as the 9/11 attack, the Hurricane Katrina floods or the sinking of the Queen of the North.

Layering dirty money: When the Rizutto cat bond is triggered, for example when the Twin Towers were felled by 'al-Qaeda' saboteurs on 9/11, the dirty drug money is taken out of the escrow account and 'layered' in a global network of public and private sector pension funds in the custody of Carlyle Canada.

Integrating dirty money: Payments of dirty money are now "integrated" with payments of clean money through public-private partnerships (P3s) where Rizutto-controlled entities, including the mobbed-up Laborers' union ('LIUNA') are awarded some combination of lucrative construction and debris-removal contracts, grants, user fees, subsidies or other concessions.

The Rizuttos and Carlyle Canada have now entrapped terrified public servants in a global money laundering scheme; while some of their cocaine money goes to pay the mob, some of it goes to pay the costs of the public private partnerships (P3) projects such as the Rizutto bridge from Sicily to Italy or their elevated rail link from Vancouver Airport to Downtown at $100 million per kilometer.

Please call me if the National Post would like my help in exposing Montreal's cocaine, money laundering and catastrophe bond networks and help Quebec to earn some respect as a "Nation Within Canada" rather that a home for global racketeering and hedge fund frauds.

I am asking if CAI - a Carlyle Canada* public-private partnership ('P3') - used Canada Steamship Lines' special weapons and tactics (SWAT) teams and electronic chart navigation systems to track the USS Cole into Aden Harbour before the 'al-Qaeda' attack of October 12, 2000 or guide BC Ferries' Queen of the North before the vessel sank after ramming Gil Island at full speed on March 26, 2006.

My research shows that Carlyle's P3s are controlled through predatory loans, secured against an individual borrower's home equity and/or "dead-peasant" life insurance contract and combined with a partnership catastrophe bond (cat bond), to be triggered on command to Carlyle agent-saboteurs, recruited through the Canada Steamship Lines affiliate, Lansdowne Technologies of Ottawa.

From a military or paramilitary analysis of the maneuvers, allegedly executed on the USS Cole and the Queen of the North ferry, I am particularly interested in Carlyle-CAI partnerships which involve the disgraced and now retired NATO supreme allied commander and U.S. general, Alexander Haig, and Mohammad al-Zaibak, the Syrian-born Canadian citizen with an exclusive private license to sell electronic navigation charts on behalf of the Canada Hydrographic Service - a public agency.

I believe that on becoming a Canadian privy councilor in 1992, Carlyle's 'off-book' managing partner and depopulationist, Maurice Strong, ordered the Carlyle P3 serving Paul Martin as a blind trust, to restructure Canada Steamship Lines into a dual-use fleet of self-unloading vessels with the global electronic warfare and intelligence capability needed to attack and destroy American and UK assets.

Carlyle Canada would then have facilitated the fraudulent transfer of the principal of the bogus cat bonds, through the money-laundering tax haven of Barbados before kickbacks to its partners.

Carlyle P3 cat bonds, MindBox war rooms and SWAT teams, might also explain the maneuvers executed by hijacked planes on 9/11, all apparently flown by Instrument Approach and Final Approach Procedures software, provided by MDA working with Air Navigation Data of Ottawa.
