Hawks CAFE believes that Canadian privy councilors, including Maurice Strong, Paul Martin and Alfonso Galgliano, an alleged made member of the Bonanno crime family, are using CAI-Carlyle Canada public-private partnerships to procure improvised explosive devices ('IEDs') from Martec (Gatineau) or Lansdowne Technologies (Ottawa) for sale to our enemies, including the Taliban in Afghanistan and Ba'ath Party agents in Iraq.

Please advise us who is responsible for Canada's counterintelligence services and the security checks to prevent public-private (?) partners from selling special weapons and tactics ('SWAT') technologies to private equity groups and, potentially, our enemies.
