Canadian privy councilor Frank McKenna is a virtual (online) member of Carlyle Canada and Amec advisory boards. He presumably supports Carlyle's Jim Baker and the Iraq Study Group's attempt to balkanize Iraq oil reserves so that Carlyle bankers can continue to collect the 50% kickback extorted from that country during the UN Oil-for-Food scam.

 

We have determined that Carlyle Canada sponsored Amec's sabotage vulnerability testing of the US Naval Command Center in Wedge 1 of the Pentagon and the Mayor's Office of Emergency Management in 7 World Trade Center during the 9/11 war games.

 

Both facilities were destroyed by Amec saboteurs. Carlyle Canada's mobbed-up sub-contractors then went on to plant, destroy, 'spoliate' and and use media spin to conceal evidence of arson, mass murder and insurance fraud during the 9/11 clean-up operation.

 

Carlyle and Amec employ and train private security forces in Iraq, giving McKenna and Privy Council insiders access to 'al-Qaeda' special weapons and tactics teams to kill or intimidate 

parliamentary leaders of this vulnerable, emerging sovereign state.

 

Mr. McKenna is the Privy Council's tzar on the Security Intelligence Review Committee with oversight responsibilities for the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service (CSIS).

 

McKenna must therefore have overseen Carlyle's procurement of electronic warfare and intelligence services and improvized explosive device training for Iraqi police from Parisen Research Corporation. Parisien provided Arabic-speakers out of Ottawa and Quebec used to stage a simulated 'al-Qaeda' attack during the 9/11 war game "Global Guardian".

 

We conclude that Carlyle Canada and unknown privy councilors offer a virtual murder-for-hire service reaching into Iraq and Afghanistan where "contract killers .. [are] used to silence witnesses testifying against criminals or to eliminate politicians who refuse to take a bribe (plata o plomo - a Spanish phrase meaning literally "silver or lead" which usually translates into "money or bullet" — "accept a bribe or face assassination")".

What did Frank Mckenna do when Amec, Citigroup and Mob were sabotaging or wiring construction inside WTC 7 and Pentagon's reinforcement? "In 1988, Salomon Inc., now Citigroup, entered into an agreement with Silverstein as 7 World Trade Company's managing agent, pursuant to which Citigroup leased floors 28-47 and portions of floors 1-5 of 7WTC .. In order to ensure that a power outage would not disrupt Citigroup's trading activities at 7WTC, the Citigroup Lease provided that Citigroup would have the right to install "diesel emergency power generators - together with all ancillary equipment therefor." .. Citigroup controlled portions of the first five and the top 20 floors of WTC 7.
