Dear Captain Prater:

On October 18th, 2006, the Board of Directors of the Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA) elected you, a B-767 Continental Airlines pilot, to serve as the 8th president in the union's history.

Early in December 2006, the forensic economists at Hawks CAFE, including Captian Field McConnell, began warning you and your ALPA colleagues about the risks of Boeing jets carrying missile gyroscopes (QRS11) being blown to bits by cluster bombs or rocket fuel incendiaries, illegally installed along the fuselage and behind the doors.

You did nothing.

On New Year's Day, a Boeing 737 (Adam Air Flight KI-574) was apparently vaporized in Indonesia, probably with signals relayed through the Boeing Iridium satellite network and probably in a life-insurance fraud by Groupe AXA controlled by the Carlyle Canada private equity group which, we allege, helped to stage the 9/11 attack on Ameirca. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/66

You have still done nothing.

Do ALPA insiders get kickbacks from AXA 'dead-pilot' life insurance contracts?http://www.insurancejournal.com/magazines/southcentral/2001/07/09/features/18611.htm

Sincerely,

David Hawkins
