Martin's trust was originally set up as 'CAI Fund I' in 1990 with a loan of $182 million, allegedly structured to launder money generated by 'Iraqgate'  drugs and cluster-bomb smuggling operations through the Axa 'dead-peasant' life insurance scam outlined below.
