We invite you to join the citizen's association of forensic economists at Hawks CAFE in the launch of a virtual grand-jury network, structured as outlined below, to collect evidence against people suspected of causing the wrongful death of your fellow citizen(s).

In our virtual grand-jury launch model, American citizens would develop Hawks CAFE contact lists of people willing to claim an `Unenumerated' right under the Ninth Amendment to the American Constitution to collect evidence relating to wrongful deaths.

For example, 'Ground Zero' or 'Pentagon Lawn' soil samples need to be collected and analyzed to test the hypothesis that the perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks used improvised killing devices (`IKDs') of incendiary cluster bombs boosted with atomized aluminum powder to vaporize evidence of murder, arson and life or property insurance fraud.

We propose that each citizen member of a Hawks CAFE virtual grand jury would carry and hand out 2-sided business cards with the member's name on one side and a potential Hawks CAFE expert witness or fellow member of the grand jury on the other side.

The grand jury card would show names, pseudonyms, contact e-mail and telephone numbers so that two individuals can communicate efficiently - card samples on request.

The card and contact list would allow citizens to mobilize 50 or 50 x 50, or even 50 x 50 x 50 people in 24 hours and force their grand jury work into the main stream media.

Multiply members at the third level with another 50 contacts each at the fourth level and Hawks CAFE's grand jury movement becomes a globally-unstoppable force for `viral' intelligence or evidence gathering, assisted by millions of networked citizen investigators.

The terminology "ImprovizedKillingDevice-BodyOfEvidence@HawksCAFE" has been developed to identify the scope and purpose of virtual grand juries, prioritized as follows:

Such a jury would collect evidence from or near the crash site in 2,000 meters of water including beaches around the Makassar Straights and from Rose Law, Boeing, GE, NTSB insiders, as prospective defendants in a lawsuit for damages in respect of the wrongful death of the American citizen, Lindsey Elizabeth Jackson from Bend, Oregon.

By naming a virtual grand jury, Hawks CAFE is declaring that one or more of its online member citizens are collecting and analyzing evidence to identify any special weapons or IKDs (`Improvised Killing Devices') used in a suspected wrongful death and a location, such as a watershed or a geographical footprint, where evidence existed at the time of that death even if some evidence was 'spoliated', removed, planted, destroyed or 'spun'.

The wrongful death of Ethel Mayo Freeman, "The 91-year-old New Orleans woman's body gave out while she was stranded outside the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in the horrific days after Hurricane Katrina struck .. Herbert Freeman Jr., her only son, during a memorial service in a downtown hotel ballroom. "Before this happened, no one knew she existed. I will go to my grave to return her dignity and respect, through the court system and through God." Curled up in her wheelchair and covered by a borrowed poncho, Ethel Freeman .. wore a pacemaker and a feeding tube, was fine immediately after the hurricane, her son has said. But after waiting more than three days for rescuers or medical help that never came, the woman fell into distress, dying Sept. 1, 2005, shortly after asking her son when the buses were coming .. In August, her son filed wrongful death lawsuits against the city, state and federal governments, accusing them of causing his mother's death through negligence. Herbert Freeman had to leave his mother's body in New Orleans when he was ordered to evacuate from the Convention Center and sent to a shelter in Birmingham, Ala. He tucked a piece of paper with his name and phone number near her hands before he left her, he said. Leaving his mother alone was something Herbert Freeman had never done before. After living next door to his widowed mother for years, he eventually moved in with her. He was her constant companion until her death outside the Convention Center, where he said police officers told him to go after he used a borrowed boat to get her from their Third Street house to the dry ground of St. Charles Avenue. From there, he pushed her to the Convention Center. "I had the choice to put her in a nursing home, but I didn't," he said Saturday, during the service at the Hilton Riverside Hotel. "I gave her my life."

Bogus Katrina chronology suggests sabotage of levees in New Orleans, "Do you find it highly suspicious that the levees in New Orleans broke at 4:00 AM on August 30th? The main storm surge from Hurricane Katrina would have been washed into Lake Pontchartrain at about 7:00 AM on August 29th when the counterclockwise motion of Katrina was pushing water from the Gulf of Mexico into the lake. Why is there a 21 hour discrepancy between the storm surge and the collapse of the levees? .. media outlets tried to explain away time discrepancy as a "secondary storm surge" off of Lake Pontchartrain. Hurricanes DO NOT, never have and never will create "secondary storm surges". There's only one storm surge, the main surge while a hurricane makes landfall .. Why did pumping station #6 .. fail in lower 9th ward, which also happens to be the section of New Orleans which is the deepest part of the city? Why did the Industrial Canal levee break near the 9th ward a few hours later? .. The immediate flood of water from the breach of the Industrial Canal levee a few hours later would have easily drowned everyone who was unlucky enough to still be inside of their home in the lower 9th ward and waterlog every single one of those houses up to the roof. By the time the water is pumped out the city, all of those waterlogged houses will have to be condemned and torn down. In light of the U.S. Supreme Court's recent eminent domain decision on private property, the City of New Orleans can easily condemn all of those destroyed properties and seize the land under eminent domain when the city is rebuilt. Of course with most of the residents of the 9th ward ending up dead, there's no one left to reclaim the properties or to fight back against city hall. Very convenient for anyone wishing to seize that property. So let's continue by looking into the "construction projects" connected to the levees. Why did the broken section of the 17th Street Canal levee undergo "construction" within the past year? .. "The Senate was seeking to restore some of the SELA funding cuts for 2006. But now it's too late. One project that a contractor had been racing to finish this summer was a bridge and levee job right at the 17th Street Canal, site of the main breach on Monday." .. Why did the broken section of the Industrial Canal levee undergo "construction" within the past two years? .. "West Bank Levee & Floodwall, Phase 1 Existing levee to be enlarged to 22.4 feet above sea level with 1,300 linear feet of earthen levee and 300 linear feet of combination earthen embankment and I-type floodwall. Pedestrian walkway and benches provided. On west bank of Industrial Canal from St. Claude Avenue to Mississippi River. Estimated Start: June 2003. Construction Period: 10 months.
