This open e-mail is to inform you that Hawks CAFE believes a 'Community of Practice' of up to 30 people in a virtual war room, allegedly configured by McConnell International and Tomoye Corporation of Washington, D.C., maneuvered a remotely operated vehicle, flying as Boeing passenger aircraft AA77, across the Pentagon lawn to kill Captain Gerald DeConto, destroy the US Naval Command Center and 'spoliate' evidence of DeConto's murder.


We recognize it would be difficult to collect enough evidence to convict the murderers of Captain DeConto 'beyond reasonable doubt'.

Hawks CAFE's forensic economists who are American citizens are therefore claiming an unenumerated right under the Ninth Amendment of the American Constitution to form a virtual (online) grand jury, named for obvious reasons, "Grand Jury @ 77 Pentagon Lawn" and collect witness and/or physical evidence against people suspected of causing Captain DeConto's wrongful death and/or associated property and/or life insurance fraud.

We suspect the executive consultants at McConnell International
and Tomoye played a principal role in causing the wrongful death of Captain DeConto.

We further suspect that the evidence needed by a grand jury to support a lawsuit against these people will be found on, under, or adjacent to, a 'micro-watershed' i.e. the land covered by the Pentagon lawn that catches rain and snow and drains or seeps into marsh, stream, creek, river, lake or groundwater.
