In the Amalgam Virgo war game of June 1, 2001, air traffic controllers in Serco's contract towers apparently tested new rules of engagement with Osama bin Laden actors playing the hit team!!!!

Our trajectory analysis of the Global Guardian war games of 9/11, suggests Serco controllers in FAA contract towers executed what they had merely simulated on June 1, only this time Serco switched to the decoy and drone maneuvers which guided illegally-modified Boeing aircraft into the Twin Towers. 

With Willie Card as witting or unwitting witness, Serco agents appear to have trapped and then killed nearly 900 employees of Cantor Fitzgerald and Aon Corporation, the world's largest carbon contract and reinsurance brokers, as they worked in the upper floors of the WTC North and South Towers.

After the towers were collapsed, killing 343 firefighters with the FDNY, the way was cleared for a carbon-contract monopoly
founded by Generation Investments and US Vice President Al Gore and the Chicago Climate Exchange founded by Clinton sponsor and Carlyle insider, Maurice Strong.

Willie Card died 'unexpectedly' in 2002 but his legacy of 58 Serco contract towers continues to offer investors in Al Gore's carbon contracts an opportunity for contract hits which could remove

Hawks CAFE believes Canada's Rizutto-Bonanno crime family rigged up private war room for bogus 9/11 war games and hired unwitting NATCA and mobbed-up affiliates of the Laborers' union (`LIUNA') to execute contract hits on the Twin Towers and spoliate evidence of 'double-occurrence' insurance frauds.

Our research indicates that Canada's worldwide drug-trafficking mafia boss Vito Rizutto, ordered the Laborers' red teams in private physical or virtual war rooms to operate a 'bait and switch' on 9/11.

A trajectory analysis of the 'Global Guardian' war game maneuvers, shows that the red team jammed signals from FAA/NASA blue team defenders, diverted 'hijacked' decoy aircraft from their safe landings at U.S. Air Force bases and slid gyroscopically-controlled drones along final approach corridors into the Twin Towers.

We have evidence that Rizutto used Amec sub-contractors, La Cosa Nostra enforcers and nearly 3,000 Laborers' at Ground Zero to spoliate evidence of murder for hire, arson and Twin Towers insurance fraud.

In apparent violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1958 (murder for hire), $1+ billion of 'double occurrence' insurance profits appears to have been laundered by mortgage broker GMAC through the Southern District Court of New York with kickbacks distributed in 2004 as 'blood and hush' money to Laborers' Local 2097.
