 Reform BC has exposed private-equity group and public pension fund ('bcIMC') use of RADARSAT, BC OnLine and MindBox software in personal property fraud and 'hard-cap' carbon-bond racketeering.

 Our research indicates that CAI-Carlyle Canada (a bcIMC private equity group), surveils targets with RADARSAT, attaches carbon bonds to BC OnLine registries, and triggers credit-default swaps with bogus MindBox rule violations to justify 'Kyoto Hard Cap' confiscation of personal property.

 Refom BC is demanding that you appoint independent forensic auditors to account for any and all transactions involving carbon bond or hard cap collateralized debt obligations executed by bcIMC private equity groups since B.C.'s pension and insurance funds were pooled in January 2000.

His career culminated at FAA headquarters where he served as an Air Traffic Control Specialist, manager of the Runway Incursion Program and manager of the Contract Tower Program .. Under Willie's leadership and guidance .. operates with budget approaching $80 million and includes 217 towers .. A memorial service .. held in FAA's headquarters auditorium on June 25 .. Our trajectory analysis of the Global Guardian war games of 9/11, suggests Serco controllers in FAA contract towers executed what they had merely simulated on June 1, only this time Serco switched to the decoy and drone maneuvers which guided illegally-modified Boeing aircraft into the Twin Towers. 

With Willie Card as witting or unwitting witness, Serco agents appear to have trapped and then killed nearly 900 employees of Cantor Fitzgerald and Aon Corporation, the world's largest carbon contract and reinsurance brokers, as they worked in the upper floors of the WTC North and South Towers.

After the towers were collapsed, killing 343 firefighters with the FDNY, the way was cleared for a carbon-contract monopoly
founded by Generation Investments and US Vice President Al Gore and the Chicago Climate Exchange founded by Clinton sponsor and Carlyle insider, Maurice Strong.

Willie Card died 'unexpectedly' in 2002 but his legacy of 58 Serco contract towers continues to offer investors in Al Gore's carbon contracts an opportunity for contract hits which could remove
