Hawks CAFE believes that David Blood and Al Gore used Francophonie measurement and signature intelligence ('MASINT') networks to disrupt U.S. defenses and transmit the "first live-broadcast mass snuff film in history" of al-Qaeda's 9/11. http://www.thomaspmbarnett.com/published/wsj.htm

Our research indicates that Blood and Gore procured the MASINT networks through Canadian privy councilor Maurice Strong after Saddam's intelligence services had moved $1,000,000 through Strong's bank account in New York. 

We plan to release a DVD by October 15th., 2007 with a time-sequenced analysis of news and documentary snuff films showing how Blood, Gore and Strong 'forged' al-Qaeda's signature for a Global Guardian war game on 9/11. 

We note that prior to 9/11, Vice-President Al Gore and President Bill Clinton gave the Laborers' union ('LIUNA'), a MASINT capability of inserting forged al-Qaeda signatures into various Boeing, SEC, NYSE, FBI, FAA, CIA, US Naval Command Center, NORAD, NATO and FEMA intelligence networks.

We expect the DVD will help United States' attorneys to convert the lawsuit "Hawks CAFE v. Global Guardians" into a Qui tam action against defendants, including Al Gore and Maurice Strong, now director of the Chicago Climate Exchange which apparently uses carbon credits to pay for a contract hit.
