Our research into Canadian war-game contractor, Macdonald Dettwiler & Associates, suggest that Total Power's directors selected final approach corridors and targets for 9/11 in a plan to decapitate (TOPOFF?) the American Republic and broadcast snuff films to "shock and awe" citizens into accepting new leaders to restore peace and security.
We believe Total Power directors (see notes) had foreknowledge of 9/11 because only they had private-equity control over final approach corridors and drones used by Thales, Raytheon and MDA to hit the Twin Towers and the pre-positioned francophone camera crews used by Radio Canada and Vivendi to record and transmit the snuff films.
