Dear Vice-President Cheney and Prime Minister Harper
Re: al Gore confiscates as al Qaeda assassinates
In March 1993, then U.S. Vice-President Al Gore ordered associate attorney general Webster Hubbell, the later-jailed former Rose Law Firm partner of Hillary Clinton, to buy up the entire production of AT&T's secure telephony system and create a virtual private network for White House insiders, including the boss of the mobbed-up Laborers' union Arthur Coia and Chinese People's Liberation Army agents, John Huang and Joe Giroir.
Gore appears to have arranged for Rose Law to buy the AT&T phones with drug money confiscated from La Cosa Nostra drug traffickers competing with the Bonanno-Rizutto crime families of New York and Montreal, and laundered through a Department of Justice slush fund controlled by Janet Reno, Jamie Gorelick and possibly Kristine Marcy.
After Hubbell went to jail, Gore ordered AT&T to equip his "Interagency Working Group on Environmental Justice" ('IWG') with the secure phones that would have been needed by insiders of the now totally-corrupted Department of Justice to operate virtual private networks and conceal murder-for-hire Unabombers and/or al-Qaeda assassins.
Using the confiscated funds and property of its enemies and competitors, Gore's Interagency Working Group now appears to have three, independent virtual-private networks to support a global murder-for-hire service used by racketeering influenced and corrupt organizations ('RICO'), including the CAI-Carlyle Canada private equity group.

Research into the 1996 killing of U.S. Commerce Secretary Ron Brown and the 9/11 killings of Captain Gerald DeConto and Captain 'Chic' Burlingame III, suggests that their 'death warrants' were transmitted over the following virtual private networks.
1. AT&T secure telephony used to order a thermite bomb placed on Brown's plane2. Nortel Voice over Internet Protocol, in Pentagon US Naval Command Center on 9/11
3. Iridium-Thuraya Satellite Communications to guide al-Qaeda hijackers of AA Flight 77
3. Iridium-Thuraya Satellite Communications to guide al-Qaeda hijackers of AA Flight 77
These three networks, allegedly used in murder-for-hire contracts, would support Osama bin Laden's claim that he has, "three independent networks to move al-Qaeda assets around the world which all the resources of the British and Americans cannot stop".
The apparent coordinated operation of these networks by al-Gore's anarcho-syndicalist friends in the "Interagency Working Group on Environmental Justice", would also help deliver on Osama bin Laden's observation that, "It matters not whether Socialists [Global Custodians of CO2 in the Global Commons?] or Muslims destroy America".
We would welcome your thoughts on the idea of adding Al Gore and U.S. Department of Justice insiders to the list of defendants when Boeing and ALPA are served with Captain Field McConnell's claim for damages in respect of his early retirement from Northwest Airlines. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/116
Captain McConnell's retirement was an involuntary response to illegal modifications which weaponized at least 100 Boeing commercial aircraft; modifications and made a mockery of the subsequent 9/11 Commission Report, signed off by former associate attorney general, Jamie Gorelick, that no-one had conducted a 'red-team' analysis to determine "how an aircraft, hijacked or explosives-laden, might be used as a weapon".
With support from both your governments, Captain McConnell's lawsuit could help future victims discover what happened to a $615 million fine paid by Boeing - and possibly shared with Gore's Interagency Working Group on Environmental Justice - to get the U.S. Department of Justice to drop investigations into the alleged murder-for-hire network which used QRS11 missile gyroscopes to guide al-Qaeda novice pilots on 9/11.
Thanking you in advance for your usual prompt attention to matters of public safety.
Yours sincerely,
Field McConnell Tel: 218 329 2993

"The Environmental Protection Agency .. Carol Browner, EPA administrator during the Clinton administration, made the advancement of environmental justice part of the mission of the agency. In 1994, the Office of Environmental Equity became the Office of Environmental Justice. OEJ oversees the integration of environmental justice into EPA's policies, programs, and activities, and serves as the agency's central point of contact as part of EPA's decentralized environmental justice program. .. OEJ conducts outreach and education activities, and helps set EPA's environmental justice priorities and policies.[7] In addition to OEJ, EPA also has an Office of Civil Rights (OCR), which addresses discrimination claims brought under Title VI. Moreover, as will be discussed below, EPA, pursuant to the Executive Order, convenes the Interagency Working Group on Environmental Justice (IWG), and is its chair."http://www.usccr.gov/pubs/envjust/ch7.htm
