Dear Ms. Bolan,

Re:  Murder-for-Hire - Strong, Martin and Air India 182

You write in today's Vancouuver Sun, "Air India warning
.. specific threat against airline for weekend of June 22-23, 1985 .. raw data from intercept .. days before the bombing .. plane would be hit that weekend .. Bartleman .. knew meeting going on nearby about Sikh extremism that included RCMP and CSIS, so he tucked document into a secure folder and went over to make sure they knew about it. He said an RCMP officer hissed at him when he showed the information. He flushed and told me of course he had seen it and he didnt need me to tell him how to do his job"

We believe that, by the time of the 1985 Air India bombing, Maurice Strong had directed the Canadian International Development Agency (1968) and Paul Martin had directed Lansdowne Technologies (1976) to develop global murder-for-hire services in a joint venture with criminal and terrorist groups based in La Francophonie (1970) and Quebec.

Our evidence suggests that Strong used CIDA and Paul Martin used Lansdowne to set up virtual private networks of special weapons and tactics teams, including career criminals recruited through Corrections Canada, to infiltrate terrorist groups, disrupt the counter-intelligence services of the Canadian Communications Security Establishment, the RCMP and CSIS, and assassinate perceived enemies in the English-speaking world.

We note that an alleged Sikh extremist group offered $200,000 to a career criminal from Quebec to put a bomb on the Air India flight in a conspiracy with unionized baggage handlers at Montreal Airport (the same M.O. as the 'al-Qaeda' Unabombers of 9/11).

"Person 1, who has a lengthy criminal record .. first approached in May 1984 by two people identified as Person 2, a friend since 1977, and Person Z, a middleman.
Person 1, a heavy duty mechanic, said he met .. on three occasions to talk about plots to bomb an Air India airplane and to assassinate India's prime minister, Indira Gandhi .. "I was to make a bomb with either a remote device or a time clock," said Person 1, adding that he was supposed to go to Montreal and gain access to Air India's maintenance department .. Person 1 said he knew the plotters were serious when they offered him $200,000 to get a bomb on board a plane in Montreal and was later shown a suitcase of money. In a separate matter, Person 1 said he went to the Vancouver police, begging them not to arrest Person 2 on a conspiracy to commit murder charge so that he could continue gathering information about the bomb plots. But the police didn't take him seriously and a transcript of the conversation was somehow obtained by Person 2's wife and shown to Person 1 when he visited her one day, he said. Fearing for his life, Person 1 left and had no further contact with the plotters after October 1984, the inquiry was told."

We note that Maurice Strong accepted a $1,000,000 bribe from Saddam Hussein in 1997 and, as a self-admitted revolutionary socialist, consider it his duty to destroy the rich [english-speaking] industrialized countries. We note that Strong's protege, Paul Martin, was the nominal director of Lansdowne Technologies in 1985 and is an apparent sympathizer of violent factions within the Sikh independence movements.

We have named Maurice Strong and Paul Martin as defendants in a class action claim for punitive and treble damages associated with their alleged role in the wrongful deaths and insurance frauds of 9/11/2001.

We will argue in court that Strong and Martin, their co-defendants and their clients have been developing and using private-equity murder-for-hire networks back through 9/11, through the 1985 bombing of Air India 182 to the FLQ killings of the late '60s.

Perhaps your investigation will complement ours and Canadian and American citizens can use what remains of a free press in both countries to bring these people to justice.

Yours sincerely,
