Hawks CAFE believes Carlyle Canada private equity groups are extorting commercial airlines, their pilots and targeted ISTAT members into trading or flying illegally-modified aircraft as on-scene commanders, decoys or drones in cluster bomb attacks on America.

ISTAT lender members, especially Carlyle's UN Oil-for-Food bankers, JP Morgan [France] and BNP Paribas, appear to have rented illegally-modified aircraft to fly cluster bomb maneuvers for an 'al-Qaeda' red team during the 9/11 Global Guardian war game.

At the June 2001 Paris Air show, the chairmen of ISTAT member, Thales, and Raytheon announced they had created ThalesRaytheon Systems - a Francophonie defense contractor - to provide air threat detection and command/control/communication systems.

We believe that Carlyle Canada hired ThalesRaytheon to provide jamming, bypass and guidance systems needed to destroy the Pentagon's US Naval Command Center on 9/11.

Our research suggests U.S. defenses were bypassed on 9/11 by red-team commanders using Bombardier CE 144 or 604 combat support jets, Boeing AWACS and Iridium satellite links, and ThalesRaytheon QRS 11 gyroscopes to guide 'ISTAT' cluster bombs.

Please notify your members that we need information on any trades in A-3 Skywarriors and/or Boeing passenger planes and/or refueling tankers and/or any other aircraft that may have been used by extorted witting or unwitting participants in the Global Guardian war game of 9/11.
