A CLASS ACTION CLAIM OF PUNITIVE AND TREBLE DAMAGES
FOR WRONGFUL DEATHS AND PROPERTY FRAUDS ASSOCIATED WITH

`KYOTO 9/11'

Captain Field McConnell, a cattle breeder and retired fighter pilot and airline pilot, and Peter Tedesco, a virtual (online) entrepreneur and David Hawkins, a global trouble-shooter and forensic economist, and their 97 fellow plaintiffs with the Citizens Association of Forensic Economists at Hawks CAFE, acting pro se individually and collectively, bring a class action claim for punitive and treble damages in respect of wrongful deaths and property losses caused in the attacks of 9/11;Plaintiffs will prove that the defendants are engaged in coordinated acts of racketeering, arson, sabotage, terror, strikes, loan sharking and the extortion of leaders in government and industry, including public and private universities and airlines. Plaintiffs will prove that the defendants destroy, plant, spin and spoliate evidence to conceal international trafficking of drugs and weapons and a global assassination network; Plaintiffs will prove that the defendants use unlawful or odious debt to launder the proceeds of crime through off-book law firms to camouflage churning, insider trading, outsider trading and pump-and-dump securities frauds;  Plaintiffswill prove the defendants initiated the alleged coordinated acts and frauds as early as 1978 with the training of special weapons & tactics (`SWAT') teams and the development of dual-use improvised killing devices, including aluminum-powder-boosted cluster bombs, tainted blood, anthrax spores, missile gyroscopes and electronic intelligence (ELINT) and electronic warfare (EW) systems;  Plaintiffs will prove that no later than 1993, the defendants had weapons, opportunity and motive to use the said SWAT teams, fraudulently identified as `al-Qaeda' terrorists, to camouflage `Unabomber' attacks on the World Trade Center in New York (1993), the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City (1995), the US Embassies in East Africa (1998), the USS Cole in Aden Harbor (2000) and four Boeing passenger aircraft and the World Trade Center and the Pentagon (9/11);  Plaintiffs will prove that the defendants' alleged coordinated acts and frauds caused the wrongful deaths on 9/11 of thousands of innocent victims, including Carlton Bartels in One World Trade Center and Captain "Chic" Burlingame III, pilot of American Airlines Flight 77; Plaintiffs will prove that the defendants are securing their loans, mortgages or credit by attaching electronic liens to social security or social insurance numbers and/or registries of land or property title in which debts is incurred without the knowledge or consent of the public and is not in the public interest while the defendant know of this fact; Plaintiffs seek compensatory damages per the racketeering influenced and corrupt organization (RICO) statute as allowed by U.S. law, and the repudiation of all odious debts as allowed by International law for the wrongful deaths and property losses caused by the defendants in the execution and aftermath of the `KYOTO 9/11' war game of September 11, 2001: Plaintiffs demand the unconditional discharge of all unlawful, collateralized debt obligations, allegedly owed by the public, including the Citizens of the United States of America in their Republic and in their Constitution, and others similarly situated, to the defendants in their role of corrupt and self-appointed trustees of the global commons.
