Dear Representative Ron Paul:
Re: Suzuki's Carbon Cat-Bond Churning Frauds
Hawks CAFE believes that David Suzuki and UNEP private-equity groups manipulate climate-change data and science to conceal their global, carbon cat-bond churning frauds.
Three UNEP Signatories, Scotia Capital, RBC, and the Bank of Montreal, are sponsors of the David Suzuki Foundation.
The Suzuki Foundation appears to serve UNEP as a lucrative propaganda tool with its spokesman helping to exaggerate public
perception of global warming risks and duping public pension fund trustees into insuring their members against catastrophic climate-change events through investment in bogus catastrophe (cat) bonds.
"Environment crusader David Suzuki .. told CTV's Question Period .. that Canadians are ready for a carbon tax that would punish those who waste energy and reward those who conserve." http://www.climateark.org/shared/reader/welcome.aspx?linkid=73374

We allege that Suzuki's UNEP sponsors hired mercenaries to trigger cat bonds by sabotaging New Orleans levees in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
We allege that Suzuki's sponsors hired mercenaries to trigger cat bonds on 9/11 by demolishing the North Tower of the World Trade Center together with the offices of CO2e.com, UNEP's principal competitor in carbon credit emissions trading.
We allege Suzuki sponsors and private equity groups, including UBS, CAI, Carlyle Canada , MITIMCO, TIAA-CREF and the Chicago Climate Exchange, extort commissions by 'churning' cat bonds between banks, insurance companies and pension funds.
We are suing members of UNEP private equity groups under a civil class-action RICO* suit with a claim for treble damages for wrongful deaths in "Global Guardian" war games of 9/11 and the associated churning, insider/outsider trading and pump-and-dump frauds. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/160
RICO - Racketeering influenced and corrupt organization
We understand that your 2008 presidential election campaign may include a proposal for America to withdraw from the United Nations and we assume that such a proposal is based on your informed and expert view of the world body and its myriad alphabet-soup of agencies, including UNEP, as corrupt and contrary to American interests.
We are repeating our earlier invitation of March 11, 2007 to you to join the Hawks CAFE yahoo group and consider becoming an expert plaintiff in the lawsuit. http://www.hawkscafe.com/105.html http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/121
Field McConnell will be in Austin on 19 May for the Campaign Event and would enjoy meeting with you and members of your staff to discuss the cat-bond churning fraud and more general concerns related to the alleged sabotage of intelligence and counter-intelligence agencies in the United States .
Yours sincerely,
Field McConnell Tel: 218 329-2993
