Israeli or U.S. intelligence needs to quarantine or neutralise the '50 special investors' in the CAI-Carlyle Canada private equity group, which is developing dual-use bio-weapons and vaccines in Canada for its fascist and socialist allies in China, Syria and North Korea.

The bio-terror companies are Lansdowne Technologies and Parisien Research in Ottawa, both controlled through CAI-Carlyle Canada, Paul Martin's blind trust, and the chairman and directors of bcIMC, the British Columnbia Investment Management Corporation. 

Lansdowne will develop bogus vaccines for Canada's 'allies' around the world and insert the virus or bacteria (like the tainted blood brokered by Rose Law through Martin's affiliated company Connaught) into citizen/military 'peasant' food chain or health services.

The CAI-Carlyle improvised killing device and SWAT team co-ordinator, Syrian-born Canadian citizen Mohammad al-Zaibak, appears to be working for Syria's Ba'ath Party intelligence services.

Al-Zaibak and bcIMC agents commissioned the instrument approach procedures ('IAP') and "Final Approach" modifications to a Boeing aircraft which took out the Pentagon naval command center on 9/11 and moved command over US Navy assets to Chinese-built dual-use vessels in the Canada Steamship Lines fleet.
