Hawks CAFE suggests that the 2008 presidential election candidates have two good reasons to demand the exhumation of body parts of the victims buried in the Fresh Kills Land Fill on Staten Island after alleged mass murder, arson and insurance fraud on 9/11.

1. The body parts can be given a proper and respectful burial by victims' families.

2. The body parts can be given a proper forensic examination  to determine if the victims died as a result of the use of incendiary cluster bombs of the type that appear to have been moved through a CIA 'Iraqgate' arms-smuggling pipeline that was allegedly fronted by the Francophonie cement manufacturer Lafarge with the covert assistance of the former U.S. First Lady, Hillary Clinton, and the former Director of Central Intelligence and recently-appointed U.S. Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates.

If elected, a 2008 presidential candidate will have custody of evidence in the Fresh Kills Land Fill that at a minimum relates to the unsolved mass murders of American citizens and, at worst, an attempted coup d'etat by rogue elements of the CIA and leaders of various member states of La Francophonie, especially Canada, France and Quebec.

"Fresh Kills .. Despite over 50 years of accepting the bulk of New York's household garbage—a tenure that ended in March 2001 in a gesture by then-Mayor Rudy Giuliani to solidify the island's conservative voting base [?]—it remains home to a diversity of wildlife and vegetation. Six sizable landfill mounds, ranging in height from 90 to 225 feet, comprise 995 acres, or around 45 percent, of the total site. All are, or will be, capped with an impermeable plastic liner and topsoil [to conceal evidence?], as well as drainage and other systems to collect methane released from the decaying waste, which will be sold as heating gas. Public use of these mounds, however, will have to wait until such gases and other byproducts have dissipated and the decomposing heaps have settled. "A former employee of one of the firms exonerated by the Justice Department report now .. says Marianne Gasior, a lawyer who worked for Kennametal Inc., a machine-tool-manufacturer located in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
